    • @drivewayy
      @drivewayy ปีที่แล้ว +3

      This "time" topic is not covered very well with general guides.....for beginners, it should be a minute or two....from all my research
      If upright your head is 0°don't go full upside down 180° the first time you use it.....maybe head at 110° for 2 minutes, once in the evening.
      People hop on these and think that since it may be pain free to hang for over 3minutes, that nothing bad will happen. People should have self control and start slowly daily and only 2 minutes at 110-120°. ...then add 5 degrees every 4 days or so.
      When fully upright head, i call it 0°.
      People need to give their bodies time to react and tell you if pain develops; it can be delayed pain when they do too much and too quickly.
      Self control and patience is needed with these tables. In my opinion.

    • @MysterChaser
      @MysterChaser ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@littinkandoth9131 This was years ago with my back being “out of whack”. No injury that required surgery, but still, it took 3 years to heal. I used the inversion table the last year (when I acquired it as a last resort) for only one or 2 minutes (til I felt the back “crack”/realign) three times a day. Other gentle stretching exercises at the time as well and yes, I regained my 1” height loss. 15 years later and in my 60s, I’ve lost the inch again, but I also don’t “find the time” for the inversion table as well. My back doesn’t hurt so I don’t think of it. But I’ve never had to go back to a chiropractor either. I’ve learned not to do bull work and if I feel out of whack, the inversion table sets me right usually the first inversion in less than a minute. Still swear by it!
