Bob went from a dark one off joke, to one of the most unnerving characters in the series. An intelligent cannibalistic serial killer who would do anything to get his hands on the tender treats he craves. And the worse part is, he does it all on Halloween, so nobody actually thinks it is the real deal.
The death of the haunted house's host was such a jaw dropping moment. Obviously he was gonna die when Bob showed up, but the scene where Skid and Pump find his remains, and how much is kept off camera, is so unnerving and horrifying coming from a cartoon which started from a meme. Also, Kellen Goff continues to absolutely kill it as Roy, definitely my favorite casting choice in the series.

8:02 Honestly, this scene is so out-of-character for Spooky Month, and is genuinely disturbing, and the fact that you don’t entirely see what happened, only that his skin seems to be somewhat loose (the dark space around his eyeball) and that he got eaten, it leaves it all up to the mind to imagine. And it’s so… idk what to say about it, I just hate it so much, and it seems like he only took a part of Streber’s arm or leg, and maybe some other bits and pieces, but still left enough for him to live. I can’t describe how gross that feels to imagine him being cut and eaten just… like that. Hopefully he makes a recovery judging by the fact that he seems very much alive.

After rewatching the series a few times, I've come to the conclusion that the mannequin in the attic is possessed by something. It either subtly moves in the frames it's present for, or flat out falls in front of or onto the antagonists attempting to hurt Lila or Skid Part of me wonders too if Lila knows, which is why she's been running to the attic so much whenever something's wrong.

Something I noticed is that whenever pump looks at something that has some sort of relation to the cult, his eyes turn blue. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for when this happens, as it could definitely be used for foreshadowing.

this in my opinion, has to be the BEST Spooky Month episode yet. bringing back an old villain and make him a main antagonist for this episode is just genius, let's not forget that he was mentioned in the last episode, meaning it was just a teaser.

The parents pass on their ignorance of others or something else negative to their kids, in turn, when the kids grow up, they will pass it down to their kids, and so on. I guess what I'm trying to say here is that he isn't really 'acting out', his parents are shaping him into a bad person while his friends are putting him on the right track.
As much as I love the direction the series is going, I can't help but feel like the first episode is the best one. The first just has that classic Pelo charm, has sped up Luigi's Mansion music (which they replace in later episodes, especially the reference in this episode), and is only dumb fun. But hey, the other episodes are great, too.
I love how Bob is the only character who didn't look both ways while everyone else did. Some proof for this is the part with Bob and the restroom and the near-end

Wow, the fact that with each episode the characters get more and more fleshed out and humanized, and the fact that this episode revealed more background on the characters. It really draws you in. The ending of this years episode is definitely opening up the next episode's story I hope.
It’s pretty clear the next episode is going to take place in Lila’s childhood and explain why she was so scared of the possibility that the cannibal was the hotdog employee in the past

The demon guy, although drawn very simple and cartoony, is still very creepy just because he's fairly quiet in terms of talking and his loud and slow approaching footsteps are just so well done
Not to mention 1. He can fucking teleport 2. He is literally immortal ( I assume ) 3. He has this unique ability to play creepy music whenever he appears 4. He can haunt you even after he dies

These episodes get more horror but also more wholesome. Kevin protecting the two despite them constantly causing him trouble, Rainald giving the candy to his friend for his sister. Also the Devil Guy turning into a rotoscope animation when he got hit by the car killed me.
Two things that they did that literally NO OTHER COPS IN HORROR MOVIES HAVE DONE: 1. Not only did they double tapped, but INFINATE TAPPED! 2. Used their car to run him over until he was out. Best cops of the year 2022!💯✨
I just want to point out that Srpello has a great attention to detail. He gave Bob a Boning knife which as it’s name suggests it’s used to separate the meat from the bones
I love the gag that everybody but bob still looks for cars before crossing the road even when being chased. And Bob gets run over immediately after skid says he didn't look.
Despite being a psychotic cannibal, I find Bob a real charming villain. His silence and psycho-stare, his haunting voice, the interesting cannibal facts, how he'll drop the chase to eat candy. Even his booming footsteps lol! I love it!
The fact he is so cool about it too! He could of killed both those kids right then and there but he agreed to the game and he gives the facts and he jokes around and does the dance! If I were to be murdered I would want them to be silly and up beat like this guy

There's a whole lore behind Spooky Month with a cult. One of the biggest theory is that Skid's dad was part of that cult but "betrayed" them. He then died and haunts the mannequin in Lila's attics to protect them as it seems the cult sends various members (Frank), demons (Mr. Clown) and possessed creatures (Bob and Happy Fella/Dexter) after Lila and Skid
The fact Roy leaves candy for his friends is so wholesome, knowing how his family are less than bright, really just shows he does care for his friends but is understandably toxic to show it for everybody else
I like how in this episode, we learn about all of the "bullies'" families, like how Roy's parents are rich and think they're above everyone, Robert's little sister is sick and he cares about her enough to find extra candy, and I'm pretty sure it's confirmed Ross is Jaune's son, if it wasn't obvious by the hair, they're the only 2 characters in the entire episode with triangle shaped mouthes, it's pretty cool how we're slowly learning more about all the characters.
I think she trying to scare bob because the mannequin is a soul of a person you can see by watching spooky months 3 in the mirror also it move when moloch smashing the floor
I love all the details in the series, like how bob was shown at the end to have worked at “Boys and Grill” and that’s where he was chasing them so of course he’d know his way around the back
Also, near the end it was shown that skids mom was actually at boys and grills as a child with bob in the back. There was also frank in one of the pictures, hinting that’s why he dosent kill/kidnap pump and skid.
Okay but the character growth of the bullies and seeing them interact more as FRIENDS rather than a leader and his reluctant followers is just so fucking wholesome. Watching them be good friends and positively influencing Reynold, rather than them being corrupted by him is just *chef's kiss*. We get to see Reynold's parents, which entirely explains why he is the way his is. But more importantly, we get to see his friends finally stand up to him as the "ringleader" of the group and stop being dragged into his schemes as his accomplices. One finally tells him off, giving the other the chance to politely ASK Skid and Pump for candy, instead of stealing from them. I just love seeing them become confident in themselves and improve as people.

After rewatching the series a few times, I've come to the conclusion that the mannequin in the attic is possessed by something. It either subtly moves in the frames it's present for, or flat out falls in front of or onto the antagonists attempting to hurt Lila or Skid
Part of me wonders too if Lila knows, which is why she's been running to the attic so much whenever something's wrong.

Something I noticed is that whenever pump looks at something that has some sort of relation to the cult, his eyes turn blue. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for when this happens, as it could definitely be used for foreshadowing.

@@gilbertotabares8196 Well, yeah. That's more or less the case behind every bad kid, 'home stuff'. The parents pass on their ignorance of others or something else negative to their kids, in turn, when the kids grow up, they will pass it down to their kids, and so on.
I guess what I'm trying to say here is that he isn't really 'acting out', his parents are shaping him into a bad person while his friends are putting him on the right track.

As much as I love the direction the series is going, I can't help but feel like the first episode is the best one. The first just has that classic Pelo charm, has sped up Luigi's Mansion music (which they replace in later episodes, especially the reference in this episode), and is only dumb fun. But hey, the other episodes are great, too.

Wow, the fact that with each episode the characters get more and more fleshed out and humanized, and the fact that this episode revealed more background on the characters. It really draws you in. The ending of this years episode is definitely opening up the next episode's story I hope.

I think it has something to do with “Eyes” and the cult
There's a whole lore behind Spooky Month with a cult. One of the biggest theory is that Skid's dad was part of that cult but "betrayed" them. He then died and haunts the mannequin in Lila's attics to protect them as it seems the cult sends various members (Frank), demons (Mr. Clown) and possessed creatures (Bob and Happy Fella/Dexter) after Lila and Skid

I like how in this episode, we learn about all of the "bullies'" families, like how Roy's parents are rich and think they're above everyone, Robert's little sister is sick and he cares about her enough to find extra candy, and I'm pretty sure it's confirmed Ross is Jaune's son, if it wasn't obvious by the hair, they're the only 2 characters in the entire episode with triangle shaped mouthes, it's pretty cool how we're slowly learning more about all the characters.

I love all the details in the series, like how bob was shown at the end to have worked at “Boys and Grill” and that’s where he was chasing them so of course he’d know his way around the back

Okay but the character growth of the bullies and seeing them interact more as FRIENDS rather than a leader and his reluctant followers is just so fucking wholesome. Watching them be good friends and positively influencing Reynold, rather than them being corrupted by him is just *chef's kiss*.
We get to see Reynold's parents, which entirely explains why he is the way his is. But more importantly, we get to see his friends finally stand up to him as the "ringleader" of the group and stop being dragged into his schemes as his accomplices. One finally tells him off, giving the other the chance to politely ASK Skid and Pump for candy, instead of stealing from them. I just love seeing them become confident in themselves and improve as people.
i like that he gives them the candy his parents bought shows that maybe he likes bullying skid and p u m p k i n not out of malice but his own insecurites?
