I really like my HL Impact Sports, but the truth is that pleather head band is straight up doo doo. Hopefully they’ve improved that since I got mine.

That's a good point. I think it's pretty crappy. I'll mention this to them at next year's SHOT they should give you options to replace them and the meh earcups.
