    Hi Yoga Friends! This is a hybrid class of flexibility-increasing vinyasa yoga that ends with melty yin yoga poses. This is a yoga for flexibility class so we'll focus on opening and stretching our entire body including our hips, front chain, back chain , and legs for deep full body flexibility.
    The vinyasa part of this yoga class is an intermediate yoga flow as we breathe through strong but flexible vinyasa yoga sequences. If you like deep yoga stretches, deep hip openers, and relaxing yin yoga to reduce stress - this class is for you!
    Approach this yoga class for flexibility with a playful sense of ease, bring your bada$$ self, and also your sweet and kind self. I'll see you on the mat!

    Kate, I really mean it, I think this is one of your best classes ever ! I was feeling really down but this sweet yin then the amazing stretches of the yin parts are truly ressourcing !

    I loved the Vin/Yin combination! It was just what my body needed and I greatly appreciate how you make shoulder openings a point-of-emphasis in your classes; this concept is actually fairly new to me but I've noticed more upper-body mobility in myself.

    Hi.... Thank you for sharing your practice.... At this point, I think I have done most of your practices, multiple times..... At one time, you posted that you were going to post on Patreon? Just wondering, is this currently happening? If so, please let me know if I have missed these practices. I would really love more longer 45-75 minute practices, if that is of interest to you. I'm afraid that I might have to venture off of your site for a while and revisit your site less often, not because of anything missing from your posted practices, I have a daily practice and have just visited most of your offerings, multiple times. I really appreciate your style and cueing. I am grateful that you share your practice so openly. Thank you!

      Thank you for this flow. Il was sometimes difficult due to my tightness but deep in my breath I manage to do most of the pose. The yin part is perfect to calm down and focus. It mute the noise of the thoughts.

    Great combo session Kate. It felt awesome to warm up to camel pose and I finally got to reach both arms back and keep my hips forward. I enjoyed breathing into the yin holds Stoked 🙏

    hey great flow, small suggestion though. would you put on less make up? it's too much for a yoga class.
