How is this a session I missed?! Loooved it! The inner bow at half-butterfly... cried... the prompt to svasana ("wait... I'm not done", yet so I cried). Thank goodness you weren't done either! The meditation was so simple but so profound. I saw my skull (crown chakra) as a blowhole, "seeing" I am a whale of sorts. The universe in, and the universe back out after plumbing the depths for nourishment. I often dream of whales and have looked for them since childhood on the shores of my childhood hometown. Their symbolism and meaning came to me in power, once again, in your meditation prompts. Thanks for another great session as a healer of body, mind, soul union!

My husband surprised me with a journey to a hot spring for my birthday where we spent the day. Now we are camped by a pond and I just finished this practice. It was the icing 🧁 n the cake. I’m floating and feel heavenly. At 67 I am feeling so much better since starting your reset in January. A great addition to hiking and qigong. Your voice is soothing and instructions perfect. Dearest Devi, I appreciate your classes so much. I love the directions....the connection to the body and to Mother Earth. I am in a demanding process and many moments of my day are spent with powerful unpleasant sensations in the body and trauma. It is not easy for me to relax many times, however, I just do the best I can. This is an excellent practice for fibromyalgia people, like myself. 😊 I do it on bed with pillows to protect trigger points ( tender spots ). Thank you sister.

Devi, it was absolutely perfect : very calming music, your cues so accurate (where to focus on, how to modify), the time we held the poses (not too long, not too short) 🙏🙏 I've noticed I need to bind to relax : in rebound (or savasana), I can relax only if my fingers are slightly touching ; in lying half saddle I ended in grabing (grabbing ? Not sure of the writing) my foot, like a half cat's tail. Does this "habit" allow nonetheless the energy to flow correctly into the body ?
Thank you so much, Karine. That’s very interesting about your fingers, how they need to be touching for full relaxation! In your half saddle, it’s fine to hold your foot and this will not impede energy flow.🙂❤️
@@DeviDalyYoga great, thak you Devi for your answer. I THINK the need to grab/touch my fingers/a foot gives me a feeling of security ; while lying with open arms in savasana for example, makes me feeling too vulnerable, that's why I can't relax in this open posture.
