    i tried it today, but i started with whole hazelnuts. after melting the chocolate in the oil, i gave the hazelnuts into the mix and used the handblender to homogenize the nuts into the fat. The result is almost as smooth as the original. super easy and quickly made. wonderful recipe. 🥰

    This is so yummy! I add a bit more hazelnut meal as I like mine really nutty! 🌰🌰🌰 and I use avocado oil in place of the olive as it has a more neutral taste. I make it all the time. Using the hazelnut meal really cut out the prepping and cleaning time 😊thank you! 🎉🙏🏽🎉🎉

    Looks perfect to me.
    I admit I am not a “sweet tooth” but even I adore Nutella.
    Will absolutely try this one.
    Thanks

    Oh I found your homemade Nutella. Thank you. I will fry my hazelnut and put them through my food processor.

    I love to make this with white chocolate~ it is absolutely decadent. We still enjoy the milk chocolate version, yet there is something truly harmonious about roasted hazelnut, vanilla & white chocolate. I hope you get a chance to try it. You could also make it the same way you did here, just swap the chocolate & add a bit of vanilla extract, bean scrapings, or paste.

      Oops~ nearly forgot to thank you for sharing this easy method! It's rather brilliant, imho, & I will be trying it this way since I'm traveling full-time without a processor. Thanks so much🌼

    Can we use unsweetened cacao powder instead oc chocolate chips and sweeten it with monk fruit or stevia?

    I'll make this and report back to you but I have one question. Do you think the recipe can benefit from adding some kind of keto-friendly milk? Like coconut or hazelnut milk?

    Can you use butter instead of olive oil and coconut oil?

    • @lowcarbabode

      I have not tried that. I'm not sure how it would affect the consistency and flavor.

      I was going to ask about butter. Also, I’m not keen on Stevia. Do you think it would be possible to use cocoa powder or dark chocolate and sweeten with Xylitol?

    Mine came out to hard, not spreadable, can I add something to make it softer

    • @lowcarbabode
      @lowcarbabode  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You could add more oil. I don't know if you placed yours in the fridge, but that would make the spread firm. Keep it room temp for a soft consistency.
