For the people who say that the grille is too big, I would like to know if you have already seen one in real life or not. I had and I think it's beautiful and suits the car very well !

+footballcoreano - pretentious! Actually in the 1990's I used to own a BMW I much enjoyed: a second-hand 1984 BMW 318i 4-door - great car. It's just that I don't need a big car, thanks. And the complexities of modern cars makes them expensive, and expensive to fix when the warranty runs out! Cheers.

Good evening Thomas. I've ordered a new g31 530d last month. The car is equipped with the new iDrive 7.0 and the live cockpit professional. I took the Driving assistant pack ( not the D. A. plus ) and I would ask you if in this pack there's also this new feature of the stop sign alert while driving ( 31:10 ). Is this feature included with the speed limit sign reader?

What about the M50i? Can you please do a quick review of it too? I can't decided which to get? BMW let me have the M50d for three days and it was (just like you say) an overall great car, but I really don't like diesel's

I have a bad feeling for BMW's feature. Not a single appealing electric car for the mass market and a design (huge grills) that only caters to Chinese market and is pretty much hated in all western countries.

....you do know that it is made from oil, right?
Oil comes from the nature, and when we stop burning it there will be plenty of it for car seats.
@@nevarran the source (oil) is finite, while with leather - the source is infinite. The sustainability point might be the only one where it loses :) ...also no process regarding oil is clean.. so its not a great solution either way, but certainly more humane in direct sense (no one is directly getting killed for it right at that moment...usually. only in long term)
@@x3merx3mer And you think animal skin seats are clean? Or even fabric seats? And like I said, there's plenty of oil out there, when we're not burning it as a fuel there will be more than enough for car seats.
It's clear what Thomas is saying - using animals for car seats is becoming unsustainable, using oil (even if not infinite) is a much more sustainable alternative.

You do not understand the process. There is more oil burned for animal skin leather, and not only that. Massive amount of land use, massive amount of dead animals and health-harmed people, massive amounts of water, chemicals... and it doesnt end there. Yes, leatherette is so much more sustainable than leather that you cannot even seriously compare it.
4:54 - actually not true anymore since august 2019: M50i: 530PS, 0-100 in 4,7sek / M50d: 400PS, 0-100 in 5,4sek
I was referring to the 50i, which indeed will be phased out
@@autogefuehl you mean the xDrive50i - that one isn't available since 7/2019 and got replaced by the faster M50i and I guess by the weather you produced this video just some weeks ago? so why referring an engine which isn't even available anymore for months? haha so it was just a mistake🤷🏼♂️
Half of Autogefuhl reviews are BMWs.. kinda boring since many people cant afford it. We need more "less luxury" car brands :) Anyway great review :)

@footballcoreano I'm not Japanese and especially not paid to leave negative comments. My comment is not even negative, its just proposal for Autogefuhl to do more reviews of cheapier cars. In my country many people drive Renaults, Peugeots, Fiats... but I rarely see any review of them... I know that Autogefuhl is from Germany and probably its more easier for them to review german cars, but some variety of brands will be nice change imo...

Smarts are the perfect city cars, parking no problem, extreme easy to handle, going round the bend with no effort, and dont use much petrol, cheap on tax and insurance. the shittiest was a BMW. And the lousiest a Merc B class. Air Con failed after just 3 years, and many other things, This comes from using parts from all over the world.
For Asians its humongous, since our average height is around 172cm only

BMW SUVs used to be the last word in tasteful design, this boxy, blown-up tractor is immensely ugly. It’s impossible to look beyond
white interior and seats are not good because very quickly will get dirty
Ridiculously small legroom on the rear seats, considering size of vehicle.
considering the x7 and it’s competitors, it is already a reasonable size. Besides, you can always ask for the person in front to move forwards because he will still have enough leg room lol

Yea it's unnecessary and I would never even consider buying it, but as long as the market demands it, all the brands will deliver. I personally would much rather by a wagon than a Suv, have equal space and much more fun. Oh and obviously better consumption

If I'm going to spend +€100k on a luxury suv, I'd rather get a Range Rover or a Mercedes GLS, they are less ugly from the outside
You should rather buy a flat in a big city, rent it and then lease a luxury suv
