Had to reupload this video due to an export issue leaving the previous video with a blackscreen during major parts of the video. Thank you guys for your patience and I hope you have a wonderful week! Consistent uploads have now returned to this channel after being sick on and off for the last 6 weeks.

Honestly suggesting what u just did is worse then what he did we live in a democracy u just asked to have the guy beat to death basically why do u think u should be allowed to vote
I hate that term too, because it implies that there is some kind of valid reason why people click on their videos. Sadly, they do influence though - because the kind of losers who click think it's legitimate to do the same stuff themselves, for clicks.
It's about time TikTok starts monitoring 'pranks'. There's a big difference between a 'prank' and 'assault' and other crimes such as car theft, criminal damage, harassment etc. Yelling 'prank' is no defense in court!
At this point it's not unreasonable to think TikTok is a Chinese psy-op meant to cause chaos & general mayhem in the West. If it's not, then the CCP got a lucky break with it because that's how it's acting.
He really does. The paint and oils one was especially dangerous. I’ve worked with paints, most of them you typically don’t want on your skin, and definitely not yours eyes or mouth. He could have blinded that guy, caused chemical burns who knows. He definitely committed a pretty serious assault there imo.
My husband is a bus driver and literally came out with, "Who's cleaning the bus after?" There's freaking biological waste in some of those buckets. Not only is this terrible for the people having it dumped on them, it's also terrible for the people having to clean up afterward. Like, WTF, dude?!?
I really hope he gets charged and convicted with bio terrorism, because that's what he's doing he is terrorising unsuspecting people with unknown compounds without knowing if any of his victims could have allergic reactions to his concoctions
@@mathieumansire372 being hit doesn’t have any correlation to better behaviour, in reality it’s quite the opposite, you can even see this ineffectuality within the punishment-focused framework of the prison system and the endless amount of criminals that are repeat offenders. Despite going to jail/getting punished, they still do it again. The only mindset dictating their behaviour is whether they can get away with something or if the punishment is “still worth it” for an ephemeral personal gain. There’s no moral framework amongst these criminals that has them sincerely consider the welfare of other people is the true “reason” not to reoffend. Consequently, it’s the absence of a guiding moral framework that’s behind their continued anti social behaviour, not the lack of a punishment based “lesson”. After all, most people aren’t criminals out of fear of punishment but because of their belief crimes are immoral and unjustly harm the innocent. If you’re relying on hitting a kid to teach them morality, you’ll fail. Being hit is inadvertently teaching them that only the risk of consequences they would personally experience should motivate moral behaviour, which is a selfish framework to operate under, it fails to encompass any lessons to WILFULLY be moral, even in situations you’re not obligated to. From the age of 2 the most frequently thing a child says is a single word question: “why?” That question is a parent’s opening to teach their children a moral framework with the answers they provide. The child will often immediately be prompted to ask another “why” in regards to the answer given, they’re seeking deeper understanding and as the parent, you must continue to provide them answers beyond the negligibly lazy “because I told you so” or “I’ll punish you if you don’t”. The ACTUAL answers you provide will ultimately impart to them all the reasons why they should be moral, why they should be empathetic towards other people, etc. The first 7 years of a child’s life is when their capacity for empathy is developed, so these are the most important years for a parent. Failures here is how society ends up with low-empathy anti social delinquents. Being hit isn’t doing anything to improve a child’s empathetic capacity, the false correlation that an absence of physical punishment is behind a lack of empathetic development is a self enabling fallacy by adults who want to justify hitting their children. Hitting a child is just an adult temper tantrum by parents who are, either through their own ignorance (as lack of education, rather than malice negligence, is a major cause of parental failures) or ironically, a lack of empathy, are ill equipped to verbally impart import lessons onto their children. They’re taking their frustration out on the child and blaming them for not behaving according to a moral framework they themselves never directly taught them.
Does he look native Belgian? This is what happens when you take in random migrants instead of having vetted immigration policies... you get the worst the 3rd world has to offer.
Yes. And let me elaborate: dog excrements very often contain parasites (worms) which can infect people through fecal-oral route, and cause a lot of harm (including but not limited to blindness etc. in worst case scenarios, if left untreated).
His "pranks" are just harassment and assault. He is putting poop in his buckets and dumping it on people's faces, that could make someone terribly ill! Of course, anything else he's putting in could cause infections and harmful reactions too. Not to mention the humiliation, completely ruining someone's day, plans, and belongings by dumping waste on them, and the disgusting mess he leaves behind. I'm glad he's facing legal consequences and I honestly think that more "pranksters" should. There's nothing funny about terrorizing people like this unless you're a sadist.
Unless you have a doctorate in being a PhD or you are a chemist you have no idea what could possibly happen. If the first person to do this kind of thing ended up getting a 10-year prison sentence it probably would slow the progress.
From watching another video on the topic of poo, apparently if you...swallow it by accident it won't kill you or at least it's low risk still probably make you sick tho. But if you had cuts or open wounds? That's when it gets dangerous, blood poisoning is really bad to get. I'm pretty sure you'll get pink eye or something if you get it in your eye maybe.
Regarding your last line, sadists don't find humour in cruelty, they just enjoy it. Your sentence was like saying there's nothing funny in food unless you're a chef. Pedantic Pete
I wouldn’t necessarily attribute that to Adam Smith. The earliest known recorded use of such a phrase is Kohelet(Eclessiastes) Rabbah (6th Century): “He who is kind to the cruel will ultimately be cruel to the kind”.
And record it for the world to see, and then have the justice system turn a blind eye to the outcome, and then have everyone suddenly forget that said "prankster" even existed, wiping his records from the face of the earth.

@@chelscara I seen a video of some kid pretending to dump gasoline on people and their cars...🤔 he got real upset when one of his victims decided to pull a gun on him. And then started crying innocent🙄🙄🙄 these "pranksters" are sick in the head
Had a kid in my class get charged with reckless endangerment and harassment because he would play ding dong ditch and one of the people he did it to a lot was an elderly woman who fell down the stairs because she thought something was up because the door bell was being rang over and over really fast like someone needed help. They all knew it was him and the woman's son turned out to be high up in the local Police department and made sure charges were filed.
Did that a couple of times. It was stupid. However, never did it to most of our neighbors. The majority were older. I usually just messed with the couple of friends in our neighborhood
Imagine him doing that to someone that is allergic to a product in that mixture, he can cause life altering consequences for innocent people or him doing it and the person stands up to chase them, slips and injures themselves or dies? At first, I was like throwing the book at him is harsh, but the more I thought about it, the more I think he would deserve a harsh sentence and he should be forced to compensate the victims and the transport company for the cleaning.
Even without allergic reactions and physical injuries, doing stuff like this can leave psychological scars pretty easy. Imagine someone throwing godknowswhat over you out of nowhere. You don't know what it is, but it smells disgusting and you know about the acid attacks that have happened way to often. You'd be scared for your life!
I’m severely allergic to latex, and other chemicals in paints. I’m also allergic to certain foods, and fragrances. Like I can’t SMELL them without going into anaphylaxis. If something I was allergic to were in there, it would kill me. Almost certainly. It’s terrifying to even consider.
I was also thinking about health risk for victims of this moron. If I understood corectly he mixed dog feces which could transfer very serious diseases.
Youd be shock then that there was recent news of random shootings that was in California, Los Angelos where a group of teens(I believe they were teens) were driving around the city and were involved in four random shootouts. 4 people dead whom have no connection with each other. They just drove around and just shot and killed those people. 2 arrested as far as I know and the others are still at large. Another one involving 3 or 4 more teens running over an old lady. She was on the side walk and they drove onto the sidewalk to run her over. One of the teens was also recording it on their phone and you can hear they were laughing.
Pranks actually are harassment, rather just do pranks on your friends only because even if it is just a harmless prank then you're still annoying people and wasting their time

He should be in prison. His viewers, the people that follow and encourage this, they should be punished too. Anyone that watches it and expresses anything but sheer disgust should be held accountable. The time for this shit is over.
That’s the most unconstitutional thing I’ve ever heard. You really think it should be illegal to NOT express the right feelings to something you watch?
@@st8ofmind325 The men that wrote the constitution would take it all back in a heartbeat if they ever saw the things people do on the internet today for clout. I think it's a greater danger to let people be entertained by this filth than it is for us to hold someone accountable for what they interact with in social media. It's one thing to see this sort of thing and not be upset, but it's another to actively seek it out, to react as if it's funny or good, and to give it virtual kudos in the form of "likes". To subscribe to it and want the person that made it to make more. The rest of humanity is out here working, trying to put food on tables, trying to mind our own business, and make the world a better place. Yet people will watch this and howl like apes, and I'M somehow wrong for saying we should correct them.
I personally think that anybody that's dumb enough to follow these people should be banned from the social media they follow them on. Absolutely. Both the victims and the train company should be compensated for the cost of cleaning and any loss of earnings incurred (in the victims' case if they had to go home to shower and change before work, and in the train company's case taking a carriage out of service for cleaning, at which point you also need to compensate all the other passengers for their inconvenience, which could cost thousands).

As amazing as that would be I assume some people have already tried in the past. A lot of these platforms have protection since they aren’t specifically promoting people to do this and the traction these type of videos get is based off the views of the people on whatever site it may be, it’s technically not there fault and not there problem. So it’s really up to the people to just not watch whatever they post.
You can't just wave a magic wand and come up with the thousands of Euros you would need to try and sue someone like TikTok. Even if you are a victim. Until governments local and national start to get involved and stop giving these morons a slap on the wrist instead of serious incarceration, this is just going to escalate. I'm waiting for the day one of the bigger idiots who do this type of thing run afoul of the US stand your ground law and end up seriously injured or worse. They're not only putting themselves in danger but others two Like the grub hub guy that was almost sent to prison for shooting a "prankster" for repeatedly annoying him when he was trying to do his job Or the twin that almost got a Uber driver killed because members of the public thought he was their get away driver in their "robbery prank" It's only a matter of time before the girl that gets into strangers unlocked cars gets a gun pointed at her face as the "it's only a prank" line can only work so many times
I'm in favor of the "prank crime" modifier. If a crime was committed as part of a "it's just a prank bro" for social media clout it's upgraded to a max rank felony and comes with a mandatory bonus minimum of +5 years in prison, along with a lifetime ban from ever using social media.
Absolutely. People down-play things because they are "pranks" when in reality it means the crime is committed for their own pleasure which is even worse and borderline sadistic.

It's one thing to look at two people and see that one is bigger than the other and quite another thing to be the smaller person being menaced by that bigger person who sounds like he's off his meds. That was an assault and the smaller guy had every right to defend himself.
This is another reason why influences need to be to have a lifetime ban from all social media as someone will be very seriously harmed by their antics.
I honestly feel heartbroken for the victims of these “pranks”. Just a careless thing they do for laughs and clout could have a lifelong traumatising effect on that person. No one has the right to take away someone’s dignity or feeling of security. It’s so completely unfair that they’re getting away with it! That little git who walks into people’s houses and stole that poor old gentleman’s dog makes my blood boil. I’m so angry and frightened that they’re being allowed to get away with it!
Thanks for highlighting that this is a problem in many countries. YT and other platforms need to ban this content full stop. They’re doing it for attention and they need to be blocked from getting it
Imagine if someone was allergic to something in these buckets and passed away. He really needs to consider himself and his victims lucky that it’s not a murder charge.
Dude, he put dog shit in one of the buckets. Dog shit carries multiple pathogens that can often be fatal to humans. That instance alone should be classed as attempted murder with a biological weapon.
This disgusting thing needs to be banned from all social media, any assetts he may have seized to compensate his victims and locked up for the maximum time.
Exactly the victim could been on the way to visit a dying relative, just lost their job or be going through ny number of hard times. But no one deserves that anyway.
Its wild how a lot of these pranksters consider every person a normal healthy stable individual. Even if they don't get their ass kicked some of these even relatively harmless pranks could be a hugely triggering experience for a person with schizophrenia or suffering from other breaks from reality, equivalent of pranking a child who my have zero ability to cope or process in a healthy way.
I would love to hear from the parents. I’m absolutely appalled with their behavior and as a mom, your children are a reflection of how they are raised.
Yes 100%! I've only seen one of these "tiktok pranksters" parents come forward and actually sound incredibly appalled at their child's actions. It's like that prankster who got shot recently and his mum supported his actions. There are no consequences. If my son ever did something like this, id never speak to him again until he had apologised to every single victim, paid his dues and changed his life. Makes you wonder what happened to make these people think this is acceptable behaviour. So sad.
While I think often this is true, I think it’s also true that a lot of parents don’t really know what their kids are doing. This has ALWAYS been the case but I feel like nowadays with the ability to post videos, reach large audiences, etc. that the mentality behind “what should we do today/where should we go today” for kids is much different than it used to be. For example, rather than just hanging out with friends, kids want to hang out with friends and show/reach others (online) to show what they’re doing, brag, connect, etc. If a kid wants a quick and easy path to fame, I can understand how they end up doing stupid shit. And some just don’t have the maturity-or empathy-to not do harmful shit like this. That being said, a lot of parents then seem to indicate that their child shouldn’t be punished. Honestly, I actually feel like sometimes that is at least in part out of embarrassment-like if they acknowledge that their child has messed up, then they have to acknowledge something that feels like a failure on their end. Sometimes it is, sometimes it isn’t. And also it seems common now that when a child “messes up”, it can be very big right off the bat (again, because they are getting ideas + feedback from people all around the world who can anonymously point them in a bad direction for their own fun).
@josueveguilla9069 Already happened, one got shot in the USA. He didn't seem to mind though, said he was going to continue once he got out of hospital.
Already happened i saw a video on twitter of two men around their mid to late 20s harassing an old man in a shopping mall as a "prank" just minding his business and doing shopping he just pulled a gun from his jacket shot the guy in the stomach and went along with his day as if nothing happened.
Considering there's actual crimes where people poured acid and other substances on others, I'd consider this a serious crime. People don't know what the contents of that liquid is. Not to mention the damage to property (liquid on their iphones and belongings, and damage to public transport). Also what if that person is severely allergic to one of the items? I've seen people go into anaphylactic shock just from sitting next to someone munching on peanuts.
If someone snuck up behind me and poured a unknown liquid onto me my first thoughts are if its an acid attack being done to me, since they are just so scary and seem to be becoming more frequent.
I mean the guy mixed dog feces in with the liquid, that is straight up bio terrorism. If you aren't already aware, you should check out just how many harmful bacteria dog feces carries, and that number only gets higher the longer the feces is allowed to sit.
My heart goes out to all those people who got that stuff poured on them, I’d fully cry if it happened to me and can imagine how that’d made them feel, I’m glad to see action actually being taken over this!
Right wasn't one of these "prankster" idiots _shot_ for pranking someone at an American mall? I guess they don't probably have that worry in Europe, but knives are still legal to have, and so are fists...
Even before that you had the stuff that Muslims had been doing in the trains… using plastic buckets. Security should at least check out what’s going on when some guy brings buckets on the train
That's one good thing about the London Underground. Plenty of CCTV and there are cops everywhere. Even if you get away, you'll usually be found very quickly.
Lmao theres multiple people that died doing stupid" pranks" but seeing people that commit this has IQ lower than a rock, they cant put two and tewo together. Theres that guy pretending to mug someone, got killed, last world literally was "its just a prank bro"
It already has happened. Pranksters have actually been killed before. One guy went to a trampoline park to do "fake robbery" videos, and got shot dead by the guy they had targeted. The kid who got shot by the delivery driver at the mall at least survived, but there is already examples of these pranksters literally dying for their social media clout. If seeing other "pranksters" like themselves hasn't stopped them, what will? I can't imagine anything putting an end to this if the risk of literal death won't. The only thing that will do it honestly is these platforms banning that type of content.
Princess: I remember that, also the victim had to go to court to defend his actions… thankfully the charges against him were dropped but the news did an interview showing him in the hospital trying to get sympathy and the deadbeat mom said “I can’t believe the guy shot my poor son, he’s just trying to make funny videos!”🤦♀️
This is why when you are traveling and I don’t care if it’s just to the grocery store or your neighbors house ALWAYS have situational awareness, especially in crowded areas PAY ATTENTION to your surroundings. As a female OTR truck driver this has saved my life more than once!!
The irony of this is many victims become victims because they spend more time staring at their phones than they do being aware of their surrounding. Glad you are ok.
@lada3264: Sad that we suddenly live in times where things you really cannot imagine at any time can happen to you because of internet 'fame'. Just watched a video where a guy was stabbed by a needle with unknown liquid. Someone said the same thing as you, be aware, be aware, but it is very hard for normal humans to even imagine anything like this being done to them. How do you know there is a nutter who will pour stuff over you, especially when we are forced to not stereotype and observe? We need to stereotype again, maybe not in colour but in age and intentions. Or we could hold these eejts properly accountable.
So what you're saying is that they should stand with their backs against a wall and keep looking around like some kind of Secret Service bodyguard because that's the only thing that could MAYBE let them avoid this. That's of course until another influencer decides to spread anthrax.
So is the Aussie "justice" system. For reasons I won't say but there is way too much stuff going on. Back in 1999 I caught a black eye from some psycho and it took 4 years for this POS to face court. The same guy also SA other patients in the ward I was on. I forget what happened but he got sent away for a while.
The fact that he does this and nobody runs him down is beyond me. Whether or not I was the victim, there’s a 0% chance he’s walking away from an ass beating.
He chooses the victims and time to do the crime so he can easily escape. Notice how few people there are in the carriage, and how the train is stopped when he does it so he can easily escape. I guess it's easy to be a keyboard warrior, but most people would be too shocked to react in a reasonable time.

Situational awareness is more important than ever. When you're in public rather than being glued to your phone, PAY ATTENTION. People like this rely on you being vulnerable.
While you're not exactly wrong about situational awareness being important (and I'd even say it has degraded in the recent years), I don't think anyone should be expected to have to be constantly alert in public transport for something that can happen in literally seconds. For some of the people to be able to spot this and react to it in time it would require them constantly looking over their shoulder as if something bad could happen to them all the time. I can't imagine living like that. Nah while people could be more aware of their surroundings, all the responsibility is on this idiot doing this "prank". I wouldn't blame anyone for not expecting this kinda thing to happen to them. These kinda things are very rare anyways (luckily).
This should be a good TEST of the Belgium Legal System. Do they have the courage and integrity to actually Punish the people involved in these crimes?!
Barely, and even if they do, our prisons are closer to a summer camp than an actual prison, criminals like this idiot are allowed smartphones, playstations, internet access, all the candy and chocolate bars they can afford, they drink coke, pepsi, whatever, it's all in their cells that sometimes look more comfy than my own bedroom, I even saw a snapchat of an inmate having a party with his friends in his cell, smoking hookah and blasting loud music, it's no wonder that kid isn't scared of prison, literally nobody is.
Nope, criminals don't get punished here. We had a whole documentary on how the Police catch criminals in the act and they have to let them go a few hours after and than later that day they catch the same guy doing the same stuff. It's not the Police's fault but our justice system. We have alot of woke judges in Belgium who feel like these people have had a hard time growing up so they go easy on them. Also it's always the same people...
No, he won't get jailtime. Because of overcrowded prisons, sentences less than 36 months aren't carried out. At the most he'll get an ankle bracelet for a couple of months
There’s a reason that the country that introduced Tik Tok (China) won’t let their own people, especially young people, use the platform. They want their young demographic to thrive and other countries to degrade, which is exactly what’s happening. If you want to really talk semantics, I wouldn’t doubt there’s a pretty serious reason behind that logic…
Treating people like they are absolutely worthless is extremely heartbreaking. This kind of behavior goes well beyond the clicks, but is the result of a soul void of human compassion.
If you wouldn't want someone to do these things to you, what makes you think it's ok to do it to someone else. They deserve everything they get, maybe it will make others think before they do something stupid. Start making them an example to maybe bring some sanity back into the world. I also believe that what ever platform they are using and allows it to grow should also be held liable in some way specifically if they have received complaints and did nothing.
It's insane and also weird that just because they have a camera, call themselves influencers and yell its just a prank, the courts seem to go easier on them. Take all that away and the courts will view them as dangerous criminals and throw the maximum punishment at them. We need to start referring to these clowns as criminals instead of influencers or tiktokers and their actions as assault instead of pranks.
Sadly this guy will get off lightly just like Johnny Somali. After all the stories about how much prison time he could get for those crimes, he ended up with what was essentially a small fine (well small considering what he did). We need these social media clowns to finally start getting proper sentences as until they do, there is no deterrent to stop others doing stupid shit like this.
i doubt this guy will get off light like johnny. johnny from what i know was got on trespassing and obstruction of business, he was stuck in jail for a couple of months before he got to court. this is battery a much more severe crime and multiple counts of it too. not to mention all of them were premeditated.

just your average 14yo , that never got hit
yeah

His "pranks" are just harassment and assault. He is putting poop in his buckets and dumping it on people's faces, that could make someone terribly ill! I'm glad he's facing legal consequences and I honestly think that more "pranksters" should. There's nothing funny about terrorizing people like this unless you're a sadist.
Yeah, I agree. I know God gave us the ability to poop but this is not what He had in mind.
This needs more upvotes
Wish I was taught this at school.
Problem is noone is laughing at this so what is it?
Alright, have to figure out what counts as harm though. A conservative would say they were harmed by trespassing. The public transportation in Germany thinks it's harmed by graffiti.
@@thewhitefalcon8539 The OP has a terrible take, the fact that the implicit statement "bullying doesn't harm anyone" has 200 upvotes is really diabolical.
some people say the delivery guy who shot the "prankster" at the mall went too far but i think that is a perfectly resonable response to being treated like a prop in someones video he had no idea where it was going after that
I don't approve of shooting people, but I don't think I would have voted to convict.
I agree with you
I took no issue with the shooting, and I’m not a pro gun person.
It's one thing to look at two people and see that one is bigger than the other and quite another thing to be the smaller person being menaced by that bigger person who sounds like he's off his meds. That was an assault and the smaller guy had every right to defend himself.
Also no pro gun… but agreed. It needs to stop.

They’re doing it for attention and they need to be blocked from getting it
YT allowed videos of horiffic animal torture and abuse I don’t hold out any hope for them having real integrity as a platform. Sadly.
Let people expose themselves. It's up to the police to do their jobs.

Imagine if someone was allergic to something in these buckets and passed away. He really needs to consider himself and his victims lucky that it’s not a murder charge.

@@marktyrrell8892 exactly, absolutely disgusting. So cruel
Exactly. Some people conceal & carry.
Let's hope he gets the same treatment..
So sad.
Also this type of content should be banned on every social media platform. They are as much to blame for popularising this type of content
And also it seems common now that when a child “messes up”, it can be very big right off the bat (again, because they are getting ideas + feedback from people all around the world who can anonymously point them in a bad direction for their own fun).
they probably don't care which is why a lot of these criminals do what they do because parent's just throw a phone at them and tell them to go away.
just another pack of LAZY IPAD parents prolly
Im going to jail for life if that kid even tried doing that to me or my family.

@@keegmun1 AWESOME. EVEN BETTER. Thank you.

True

The fact that he does this and nobody runs him down is beyond me. Whether or not I was the victim, there’s a 0% chance he’s walking away from an ass beating.

This is not a test but just proof that they can't, they never could actually.
