hm, with all the changes, werent they addressed or you mean the "toxic" builds of going lethality on bruisers? personally i think yorick's is kinda cancer but i think aatrox's lethality build is a fair tradeoff

Hi! I was wondering if there would be any way to have the Heal/Shield Power stat applied to the tooltip like how Ratios work (for exemple Sona's W showing "Sona heals 95 (90 + 30% AP) HP") and having the heal/shield number that includes both AP Ratios and HSP (something like "Sona heals 100 (90 + 30% AP + 5% HSP) HP")? Finally having Heal Shield Power as a real stat is great but it would feel even better if we had the actual numbers our heals would do in the tooltip!
Still confused with Time Warp Tonic with how it's worded and been explained by Phreak. So say a health potion heals 100HP, does this rune give you 40HP instantly upon using the potion and then the potion ticks down the remaining 60HP over time OR does it give you 40HP instantly and then ticks down 100HP?
Was any thought given to Pyke when removing Ingenious Hunter? One of his recommended builds included it and I liked it for Umbral Glaive, Ghostblade, and Sweepers.
Removing ingenious hunger actually hurts a lot more champs than Pyke. People were just bad and never prioritized it. Any champ that had core item(s) with CDs - be it actives such as Zhonyas' or passives such as Ludens' - benefited greatly from it. Especially the synergy it had with cosmic insight. I think the issue is Riot made it about as strong as it could be, but players would still opt for other options. If you make a rune as powerful as it can be, and people still won't take it, the only real alternative is to remove it or put something else in its place.
can you please add the option that you still can hear champion laughs and lines that are on the numbers tab even when you have in-game lines of champions muted? please this is bugging me for years.
REALLY and like no one is saying this. We will see how the damage plays out, but against a super tank as an adc, even one super tank, if you didn't have cut down AND LDR it felt like you would have to aa 20 times to get them low (that's if they don't have health or shield regen). It will probably feel like the 5% armor pen isn't really going to do much. With the new 40% on LDR, if a tank has 240 armor that's 96 armor negated on patch .10 vs the 84 (35%) on earlier patches. SO a difference of 8 armor, vs losing 15% health damage. So they add 25% crit to items for item diversity and delete all options to fight against tanks EXCEPT ONE and its bork. But then bork also gets a nerf (9-6% a very BIG NERF, at 5k health the bonus went from 450 (9%) to 300(6%)) to health on hit for ranged (adcs) Boots > 4 crit items > bork WOO ITEM DIVERSITY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
in what elo do people pick 3 fucking tanks? Besides, LDR is just better, tanks now have less HP on their items, new Cut Down is just better, Black cleaver is buffed and a single liandry mage makes tanks build MR.
@phreak will you do anything to make trundle playable again? After removing lethal tempo nerfing ghost and reducing % hp on Bork trundle has gone down many tiers and sucks now as a trundle one trick I might just quit the game now till he is playable again

why is there no tenacity in pure tank items? deadmans would make sense to have tenacity?! you say its fighters job/their power should be in tanking some cc so why not tanks?(real tanks) Ie ornn malphite poppy etc. gage is really bad on some tanks and some tanks are just ap ZAC. so what are your options? into CC is there a reason tanks dont get this like fighters? im open to have my opinion changed.

@@SirCrusher that's like saying electrocute lowering CD as you level is counter productive. You get ability haste because you still need to be able to cast as the game goes on & you won't always be having ludens up. Luden is there to burst the squishy target & ability haste is there to still have some damage afterwards for the fight. It's not good DPS like Liandy, but that doesn't mean a mage should loose all power for the entire fight because they cannot get abilities back up for a second rotation

I think the bonus damage on spells could be moved over to Essence Reaver. Making them a fun crit caster combo would be satisfying to build and would give champs like Smolder and Ezreal and Gangplank an option for squishier builds. It's a scythe, so an execute-type effect makes sense, something like "Essence Drain - Attacks on-hit restore 15 (+ 10% bonus AD) mana, and if the target is a champion, they are marked for 3 seconds. Your abilities do 0%-20% bonus damage to marked enemies, based on their missing health percentage."

How is Yi going to be OP with the changes? are you drunk? The champ is borderline unplayable and going to get buffed next patch 99% sure XD. He was already bad in 14.9 but this patch is even worse and after the changes he is just not a champ anymore. Trynda and GP also suffer from the changes, cuz Trynda loved Ghost and lethal tempo, and GP cuz his OP build is not good anymore.
Hello phreak I was wondering if you could take a look at Smolder I think the new item changes really screwed him over and he currently has a 38% win rate in diamond If there’s anyway you could buff him that would be much appreciated.
The only reason essence wasnt picked a lot previously was that it shared the same slot as kraken and no champ needs mana sustain that badly. However, now without kraken it would be such an attractive option for a lot of champs as the ad caster option but you just had to remove the sheen and kill the item making it largely useless for every champ and on top of that you had to increase its price; it would've fit so nicely as the caster ad crit option with collector being the early burst option and IE being the standard auto option. Right now for caster adcs, who would build this with navoris and presence of mind around with essence offering no impactful passive? (Champs that wouldve build the sheen essence as an option on this patch: Xayah, Lucian, Draven, Kindred, corki, missfortune, smolder, Ezreal, sivit, Jhin; thats not such a big niche when 40% of the role would be happy building it)
You forgot to add a new crit item to the math tables ((( There comes out about 100% efficiency + passive, which in general is an analog Infinity Edge passive, but weaker both in basic numbers and in the fact that this damage depends only on the AD parameter, and not on the final damage of the attack itself. Which means, if you see that your ADC bought this item before IE, you can quite objectively consider him stupid...
Re: your cleanse point and making it better on melees: Although I agree it's probably never gonna be good with melees, since they often buy tenacity as you say, making cleanse a %cc reduction that interacts favorably with tenacity (probably stacking additively. Yes, this might turn into a pseudo-Olaf ult, but might that be ok?) would make it much more appealing. E.g. 20% tenacity with the 75% of cleanse would be 95% reduction, not the 80% it currently is afaik. If this is really broken, you could reduce the numbers, but keep the additive interaction to lower the delta between ranged and melee characters with cleanse. Additionally if you ever wanted to seriously close that gap, tweaking the numbers to balance it around a longer CC reduction duration could help a lot.

Still won't be good because you'll either: 1) be down a summoner spell for the entire game combat wise 2) you buy the jg item & forever get less xp & gold from minions while also not getting to the upgrade since you aren't killing camps.
He’s probably going to need it more after the essence reaver change. Unless smolder just opts for lich bane or trinity force now? It’s going to be noticeable.
i think on the ksante thing, it's not just "skillshots are easier to land" it's everything that you can dodge or aoe or any area or ANYTHING gets easier to hit i say this and it seems redundant but it's not just stuff like leblanc chain or ezreal Q it's fiora W, darius Q, yorick E, garen E... like ksante after the hitbox feels impossible to lane. its impossible to not int now

I dont understand I played arena game I got 3 AD items and 2 tank items and one bad ap item the one that gives critical chance as my mythic item list, now take this im a mage? A mage stuck with critical strike chance. What am I going to do with tank and AD items and critical strike chance as a Mage?? Just because my team won the first couple rounds am stuck with augments and items that are useless to even compete. So we are suppose to purposely lose the beginning round to actually have a better chance of winning? Why is the game deciding so drastically on tuning down power of players who are winning and buffing power of teams that are losing.
I feel the new boots that gives you empowered recall should have been reverse where you gain the extra 45 movement speed and after finishing the quest you get empowered recall rather then empowered first then finish quest and keep empowered and gain 45 extra move speed
maybe give back the refresh on kill in ghost (for only meele champs would be a good idea) some meele champs will struggle insanly hard while adc gets a compensation ms in items
I like most of the crit changes, even if some of them seem different and experimental. Change is cool. But Essence losing its sheen is one of the worst changes I have ever seen. Most other crit items got extra stats for around 100g max (stuff like collector, IE, etc.) where as Essence Reaver got some decent stats too, but for a 300g increase AND losing its sheen effect. That's a complete net negative. If they kept the sheen on it, but buffed it and added 300g, then it could be a nice item, but for its current state, it needs to be a lot cheaper. Probably even cheaper than the pre patch version. Essence only works as a cheap powerful haste item, since it is the only crit haste item in the game (and the only AD sheen item that isn't Triforce). Having a cheap sheen item was so important to a lot of adc's and other champs too. Now it is basically just a worse version of old Navori. Expensive, but without any passive. That's the one change I think should be instantly reverted as soon as possible. But the rest, I'm willing to test as much as possible, because they look really fun. Like they just tried to make Corki a purely AD, and often Crit based adc that uses autos to recharge his R. Well maybe that would work better if he had a fucking cheap core haste crit sheen item to go. Oh wait... And now Lucian and GP both lost Navori AND Essence in the same patch. Current/New Navori is not a replacement for the previous crit haste items. It might be decent, but it's not a replacement for old ER and Quickblades in any kind of world. Like what the fuck was the idea in that? Essence needs a major buff, or to at minimum just get its sheen back.
When ER got sheen, it was lost for Xayah and Sivir, gp and lucian were building it before and will build after, so the only real loser here is smolder, but who cares about that abominaton, while those two i mentioned first got their item back, which seema to be a net positive change

Can you make so if someone leaves the game enough to be penalized their champ leaves the rift and their total gold and XP is shared with those who are still in the game? Just been through a 4x5 game taht went to the 50minute and we lost in the end. The leaver left as soon before lvl 10, probably some internet problem or something. If we had the resources it'd be doable.
Of course, I understand everything, but why did you destroy brothers like that? Even before the update they were not as strong as before, and after this update they completely died. I started playing this game because of them, I have never seen them as useless as they are now.
Hi Phreak, i don't know if you will see this comment, but is there a chance to nerf Nidalee to the ground? The champ has been Tier S for so long, it's so opressive and once he gets 1/2 kills, she insta 1v9s. Pls. And i'm talking in Master tier, she has a kinda high ban rate 10% and it's very frustrating to play against, he can commit mistakes and don't be punished for them.
I may have a good idea for Runaan's to serve it's on-hit user base a little better. What if Runaan's had a mechanic tat if you have no other sources of crit chance, it gives you on-hit magic damage instead of crit-chance itself? Seeing as it is never a first item purchase, Kraken has no longer crit, on-hit builds never take or want crit now, letting them have a better fitting Runaan's?
Maybe u could buff lee sin E to deal more dmg to monsters cause i feel like lee sin clear if you do not max E second is pretty slow compared to other junglers.
I’ll be honest, as a Lee Sin main, I am okay with his first clear being slower than other champions. He seems to be in a good spot from the perspective of someone who plays him often and I think with a faster early clear it would enable him to pull off some really unfun jungle tactics.
I appreciate the transparency and the great rundown, but I am definitely disappointed in some of the changes, especially around Kircheis being removed and Stormrazor being deleted. Lord Dom's nerfs, removal of tenacity rune. It feels like this patch overall is to encourage a very specific identity balance has in mind for marksmen champs and to pave the way for the durability update. Which, like, fine. But it doesn't feel super great to actually be enjoying champs like Vayne even though they've been easily deletable for the first split. I don't really understand why the proc damage trades were somehow bad gameplay either, unless balance just doesn't like a marksman being able to punish bad positioning of opponents. And trading around procs. Items like Kircheis shard and Stormrazor weren't about prolonged fights, and it looks like balance is only interested in encouraging that identity for marksmen if they have high AD and crits, things that can be more visibly and readily made useless by direct itemization choices by tankier champs. The bugger about it though is that high AD marksmen just get to hard bully the ones that would or could scale. And here's the thing, why can't an AD run down a tank? Why not? The shoe is on the other foot most of the time or they're getting popped by burst champs like Zed. I feel like this patch is actually the preamble to setting up a tank meta, and I guess that's fine, but it's made to look like it's good for ADCs when it feels pretty bad for quite a few of them. But idk, maybe I'm wrong.
I'm hoping for a direct buff to singed stats asap Phreak. his rune choices are absolutely terrible, and the items aside from liandrys, and arguably rylais are very lackluster.
Laners shouldn't be allowed to steal junglers camps. This is one of the things that makes jungle the most autofilled role. Laners can very easily troll junglers and take their camps whenever they feel like it without any punishment.
Hey Phreak. I really appreciate the videos sharing your thought process on the changes. I just wanted to bring the strength of Brand mid to your attention if it's not already on your radar. It already commanded an extremely high winrate in 14.9 and is sure to become even stronger in 14.10. It is very oppressive for any lower range champion to play against, so a nerf would be appreciated by many.
Yun Tal Wildarrows passive "Serrated Edge" - should not stack simply, because it will be a huge balance issue on some champions and if you keep the stacking, but nerf the item or the damage it will end up as another gutted item only usable by the champs that can abuse the hell out of it, but at that point it will probably better for those champs to build just another item.
Yun Tal is already a shit item as it is right now and the only thing that prevent it from being a 0% pickrate item is the OP interaction with a few champs (which isnt even clear if it's worth warping your build cuz of it except maybe in Bel'Veth's case). There isn't a single crit champ who prefers that over IE (so if they get it, should be as 3rd or 4th item but it will not feel good anyway, just the best option among bad options) and most of them don't want the item whatsoever.
@phreak why u buffing both duo XP? Why dont u just get adc more xp. Supports now can roam more and share more xp means that support gap is getting bigger

@@danielszekeres8003 Sivir W can do critical damage these days, work with IE passive. I find it strange that IE enhances ricochets, but the new item does not. After all, both of these items are aimed at strengthening crit attacks.
@EminNSU but sivir W is a SPELL not AA. Hurricane only effects AA while IE just effects crit damage ( works with shadow flame, sunder, kindred E, yas tornado, etc.) Which is entirely different source of damage than AA.

Can we do something about Sion?!?! Gold nerf is great if you are "having a bad game" but Sion doesn't give a _____ about the game as he is 0/17 ending the game... same might hold true for Trundle. I know this is a Solo Queue Em/Pla below problem, but man does it suck when it's not you behind the wheel of that strat and the top laner is unsure what to do.

second option. gives you 40hp instantly and then also ticks down the full 100

Does Corki E shred dmg apply after LDR shred or before. That could make LDR armor shred more or less useful depending.
if it continues to follow the order armor pen and shred are calculated in currently, Corki shred should apply first.

Would champs that used to build old Essence reaver build it now that it's been reverted? (Jinx, ashe, lucien, xayah?)
Was any thought given to Pyke when removing Ingenious Hunter? One of his recommended builds included it and I liked it for Umbral Glaive, Ghostblade, and Sweepers.
Removing ingenious hunger actually hurts a lot more champs than Pyke. People were just bad and never prioritized it. Any champ that had core item(s) with CDs - be it actives such as Zhonyas' or passives such as Ludens' - benefited greatly from it. Especially the synergy it had with cosmic insight. I think the issue is Riot made it about as strong as it could be, but players would still opt for other options. If you make a rune as powerful as it can be, and people still won't take it, the only real alternative is to remove it or put something else in its place.
can you please add the option that you still can hear champion laughs and lines that are on the numbers tab even when you have in-game lines of champions muted? please this is bugging me for years.

The removal of Cut Down and Giant Slayer in the same patch seems like it's going to feel bad into 2-3 tank team comps.
REALLY and like no one is saying this. We will see how the damage plays out, but against a super tank as an adc, even one super tank, if you didn't have cut down AND LDR it felt like you would have to aa 20 times to get them low (that's if they don't have health or shield regen). It will probably feel like the 5% armor pen isn't really going to do much. With the new 40% on LDR, if a tank has 240 armor that's 96 armor negated on patch .10 vs the 84 (35%) on earlier patches. SO a difference of 8 armor, vs losing 15% health damage. So they add 25% crit to items for item diversity and delete all options to fight against tanks EXCEPT ONE and its bork. But then bork also gets a nerf (9-6% a very BIG NERF, at 5k health the bonus went from 450 (9%) to 300(6%)) to health on hit for ranged (adcs) Boots > 4 crit items > bork WOO ITEM DIVERSITY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That makes no sense? It's a mage burst item. For them to burst they like ability hast to keep their abilities up at the same time.

You get ability haste because you still need to be able to cast as the game goes on & you won't always be having ludens up. Luden is there to burst the squishy target & ability haste is there to still have some damage afterwards for the fight. It's not good DPS like Liandy, but that doesn't mean a mage should loose all power for the entire fight because they cannot get abilities back up for a second rotation

I really like making adc and jungle more enjoyable for people to play. But the roles themselves we’re already strong going into this patch so I just hope the other roles get some more attention.

Ok but does wildarrows work with shadowflame? Its not a cosmetic crit, it even works with IE.
I think the bonus damage on spells could be moved over to Essence Reaver. Making them a fun crit caster combo would be satisfying to build and would give champs like Smolder and Ezreal and Gangplank an option for squishier builds.
It's a scythe, so an execute-type effect makes sense, something like
"Essence Drain - Attacks on-hit restore 15 (+ 10% bonus AD) mana, and if the target is a champion, they are marked for 3 seconds. Your abilities do 0%-20% bonus damage to marked enemies, based on their missing health percentage."
Pretty sure it's just a mistake in the slides, but why does corki Q deal 60 more base damage at rank 4 compared to rank 5? (Probably intended to be 190 instead of 290)

How is Yi going to be OP with the changes? are you drunk? The champ is borderline unplayable and going to get buffed next patch 99% sure XD. He was already bad in 14.9 but this patch is even worse and after the changes he is just not a champ anymore. Trynda and GP also suffer from the changes, cuz Trynda loved Ghost and lethal tempo, and GP cuz his OP build is not good anymore.

The patch is like 12 hours old, not even that much in some regions, just relax for a few days while everything is figured out.

The only reason essence wasnt picked a lot previously was that it shared the same slot as kraken and no champ needs mana sustain that badly. However, now without kraken it would be such an attractive option for a lot of champs as the ad caster option but you just had to remove the sheen and kill the item making it largely useless for every champ and on top of that you had to increase its price; it would've fit so nicely as the caster ad crit option with collector being the early burst option and IE being the standard auto option. Right now for caster adcs, who would build this with navoris and presence of mind around with essence offering no impactful passive? (Champs that wouldve build the sheen essence as an option on this patch: Xayah, Lucian, Draven, Kindred, corki, missfortune, smolder, Ezreal, sivit, Jhin; thats not such a big niche when 40% of the role would be happy building it)

There comes out about 100% efficiency + passive, which in general is an analog Infinity Edge passive, but weaker both in basic numbers and in the fact that this damage depends only on the AD parameter, and not on the final damage of the attack itself.
Which means, if you see that your ADC bought this item before IE, you can quite objectively consider him stupid...

Re: your cleanse point and making it better on melees:
Although I agree it's probably never gonna be good with melees, since they often buy tenacity as you say, making cleanse a %cc reduction that interacts favorably with tenacity (probably stacking additively. Yes, this might turn into a pseudo-Olaf ult, but might that be ok?) would make it much more appealing.
E.g. 20% tenacity with the 75% of cleanse would be 95% reduction, not the 80% it currently is afaik.
If this is really broken, you could reduce the numbers, but keep the additive interaction to lower the delta between ranged and melee characters with cleanse. Additionally if you ever wanted to seriously close that gap, tweaking the numbers to balance it around a longer CC reduction duration could help a lot.

I dont understand I played arena game I got 3 AD items and 2 tank items and one bad ap item the one that gives critical chance as my mythic item list, now take this im a mage? A mage stuck with critical strike chance. What am I going to do with tank and AD items and critical strike chance as a Mage?? Just because my team won the first couple rounds am stuck with augments and items that are useless to even compete. So we are suppose to purposely lose the beginning round to actually have a better chance of winning? Why is the game deciding so drastically on tuning down power of players who are winning and buffing power of teams that are losing.
I feel the new boots that gives you empowered recall should have been reverse where you gain the extra 45 movement speed and after finishing the quest you get empowered recall rather then empowered first then finish quest and keep empowered and gain 45 extra move speed
maybe give back the refresh on kill in ghost (for only meele champs would be a good idea) some meele champs will struggle insanly hard while adc gets a compensation ms in items

It's quite frustrating how Phreak gets some complex things right and some really simple concepts completely wrong.
I like most of the crit changes, even if some of them seem different and experimental. Change is cool. But Essence losing its sheen is one of the worst changes I have ever seen. Most other crit items got extra stats for around 100g max (stuff like collector, IE, etc.) where as Essence Reaver got some decent stats too, but for a 300g increase AND losing its sheen effect. That's a complete net negative. If they kept the sheen on it, but buffed it and added 300g, then it could be a nice item, but for its current state, it needs to be a lot cheaper. Probably even cheaper than the pre patch version. Essence only works as a cheap powerful haste item, since it is the only crit haste item in the game (and the only AD sheen item that isn't Triforce). Having a cheap sheen item was so important to a lot of adc's and other champs too. Now it is basically just a worse version of old Navori. Expensive, but without any passive.
That's the one change I think should be instantly reverted as soon as possible. But the rest, I'm willing to test as much as possible, because they look really fun.
Like they just tried to make Corki a purely AD, and often Crit based adc that uses autos to recharge his R. Well maybe that would work better if he had a fucking cheap core haste crit sheen item to go. Oh wait...
And now Lucian and GP both lost Navori AND Essence in the same patch. Current/New Navori is not a replacement for the previous crit haste items. It might be decent, but it's not a replacement for old ER and Quickblades in any kind of world. Like what the fuck was the idea in that?
Essence needs a major buff, or to at minimum just get its sheen back.

Can you make so if someone leaves the game enough to be penalized their champ leaves the rift and their total gold and XP is shared with those who are still in the game? Just been through a 4x5 game taht went to the 50minute and we lost in the end. The leaver left as soon before lvl 10, probably some internet problem or something. If we had the resources it'd be doable.

Hi Phreak, i don't know if you will see this comment, but is there a chance to nerf Nidalee to the ground? The champ has been Tier S for so long, it's so opressive and once he gets 1/2 kills, she insta 1v9s. Pls. And i'm talking in Master tier, she has a kinda high ban rate 10% and it's very frustrating to play against, he can commit mistakes and don't be punished for them.
I may have a good idea for Runaan's to serve it's on-hit user base a little better. What if Runaan's had a mechanic tat if you have no other sources of crit chance, it gives you on-hit magic damage instead of crit-chance itself? Seeing as it is never a first item purchase, Kraken has no longer crit, on-hit builds never take or want crit now, letting them have a better fitting Runaan's?
Maybe u could buff lee sin E to deal more dmg to monsters cause i feel like lee sin clear if you do not max E second is pretty slow compared to other junglers.
I’ll be honest, as a Lee Sin main, I am okay with his first clear being slower than other champions.
He seems to be in a good spot from the perspective of someone who plays him often and I think with a faster early clear it would enable him to pull off some really unfun jungle tactics.
I appreciate the transparency and the great rundown, but I am definitely disappointed in some of the changes, especially around Kircheis being removed and Stormrazor being deleted. Lord Dom's nerfs, removal of tenacity rune.
It feels like this patch overall is to encourage a very specific identity balance has in mind for marksmen champs and to pave the way for the durability update.
Which, like, fine. But it doesn't feel super great to actually be enjoying champs like Vayne even though they've been easily deletable for the first split. I don't really understand why the proc damage trades were somehow bad gameplay either, unless balance just doesn't like a marksman being able to punish bad positioning of opponents. And trading around procs. Items like Kircheis shard and Stormrazor weren't about prolonged fights, and it looks like balance is only interested in encouraging that identity for marksmen if they have high AD and crits, things that can be more visibly and readily made useless by direct itemization choices by tankier champs. The bugger about it though is that high AD marksmen just get to hard bully the ones that would or could scale. And here's the thing, why can't an AD run down a tank? Why not? The shoe is on the other foot most of the time or they're getting popped by burst champs like Zed.
I feel like this patch is actually the preamble to setting up a tank meta, and I guess that's fine, but it's made to look like it's good for ADCs when it feels pretty bad for quite a few of them.
But idk, maybe I'm wrong.

Laners shouldn't be allowed to steal junglers camps. This is one of the things that makes jungle the most autofilled role. Laners can very easily troll junglers and take their camps whenever they feel like it without any punishment.
Sensible marksman changes, less proc effects, less Kraken rush, less on hit, back to core stats and crit. The navori change is questionable tho.
Hey Phreak. I really appreciate the videos sharing your thought process on the changes. I just wanted to bring the strength of Brand mid to your attention if it's not already on your radar. It already commanded an extremely high winrate in 14.9 and is sure to become even stronger in 14.10. It is very oppressive for any lower range champion to play against, so a nerf would be appreciated by many.
Yun Tal Wildarrows passive "Serrated Edge" - should not stack simply, because it will be a huge balance issue on some champions and if you keep the stacking, but nerf the item or the damage it will end up as another gutted item only usable by the champs that can abuse the hell out of it, but at that point it will probably better for those champs to build just another item.
Yun Tal is already a shit item as it is right now and the only thing that prevent it from being a 0% pickrate item is the OP interaction with a few champs (which isnt even clear if it's worth warping your build cuz of it except maybe in Bel'Veth's case). There isn't a single crit champ who prefers that over IE (so if they get it, should be as 3rd or 4th item but it will not feel good anyway, just the best option among bad options) and most of them don't want the item whatsoever.
@phreak why u buffing both duo XP? Why dont u just get adc more xp. Supports now can roam more and share more xp means that support gap is getting bigger

Hurricane bolt is an attack, Sivir W is a spell
@@danielszekeres8003 Sivir W can do critical damage these days, work with IE passive. I find it strange that IE enhances ricochets, but the new item does not. After all, both of these items are aimed at strengthening crit attacks.
@EminNSU but sivir W is a SPELL not AA. Hurricane only effects AA while IE just effects crit damage ( works with shadow flame, sunder, kindred E, yas tornado, etc.) Which is entirely different source of damage than AA.
