Frog Graham Round

30/05/2023 I decided to have a go of the frog. Having completed my Bob in 2019 this seemed like a good little challenge. Love my swimming and fell running and this combined the two. It was a very warm day, so It was also a good run in preparation for the Mont Blanc Marathon.
I had hoped to go round in under 15 hours and was doing well at 21 miles and just under 9,000ft in 6hrs. Bit of a nav error on leg 3 and the climb and heat started to slow me down.
Completed in 15 hrs 29 mins. Still pleased with the day. Carried everything with me. Done the round solo with assistance from Sarah Meadows and John Mitchell on road support.
Zone 3 shorty wetsuit worn up to waist.
