Ahh yes the final review. Always a good way to wrap up the end of a COD lifecycle. Thank you for your hard work! Really have enjoyed this last year of content from you with Vanguard and the MWII pre release coverage. Looking forward to your MWII coverage as well once the game comes out!
As much as we meme on vanguard, I do think it did some things right. Combat pacing was a great idea. Gunsmith, although op with 10 attachments, was fun. I’ll be honest, Vanguard was what MW should’ve been. A perk that offered the classic minimap, a footstep dampening perk, relatively decent base maps, the combat pacing feature and the Surplus kit which I consider a “mini double XP token”. It’s just a damn shame Vanguard wasn’t as popular among players and wasn’t given as much post launch support as it should’ve gotten. I mean, we only got 3 new Zombies maps throughout 2022, where one was just a literal reskin of another. This game had so much promise IMO. Compared to MW, I had so much more fun in VG than MW will ever give me.
@Matty Kelly Read what I wrote before you say I’m wrong. I consider SNN new since it’s actually something different that’s not a copy paste job of existing content in the game already
shame about zombies because Shi No numa was amazing, while the others were just ehh ( still don’t hold and vitriol towards treyarch knowing that they got dragged through the dirt by Activision )
@@Chromefall when I heard 3arc was making the zombies I was expecting another year of cw zombies which got me hyped. Unfortunately zombies was a complete flop
Forward Intel is a BS perk IMO and I use it all the time. The only reason why I am on board with such a perk is because Piercing Vision exists. That way, noobs and casuals can see others through walls while the better players like me can leverage the enemy spawns in our favout
No, forward Intel ruined this game. What am I supposed to do about a team running forward Intel, constantly killing me and my team and spawn trapping us? Switching to cold blooded doesn't matter after about 30 seconds because the enemy team has Intel and spy planes constantly up too. Forward Intel has to be the worst snowballing perk I've ever seen.
honestly the “favorite gun” thing for all the soldiers was the best thing they did. Maybe refine it so an operator has a favored “weapon class” instead of just a specific gun so we don’t feel tied to a single gun. Like have Constanze favor LMGs as a whole instead of just the MG42.
For me the overclocked tactical gamemode was a godsend when it was here. Having the health increased to 150 and to a lesser extent no killstreaks made the game actually playable, enjoyable even
Im sure this is probably part of the 1st point, but I liked the generally slower time to kill. It allowed for somewhat of an ability to recover from being hit first or to challenge someone peeking a corner as long as your movement and gun handling were superior enough to allow you to do so.
I really liked their moving hardpoint mode. I thought that was a clever twist to an old gametype. Pacing stuff was great too. Id love to see that moving hardpoint mode return to COD one day.
I totally agree with gun variety. As a camo grinder, felt good to do all guns, some were harder but at the end it gave some kind of boost to moral. At first, I didn't like most of the guns were no 1 shot kill (Hardcore), but I got used to.
on PS5 if u slightly press ur trigger without firing ur weapon, ur character would enter a walk. I play with Auto tac sprint and this is essentially a walk button on controller and thats 1 reason i kinda had fun playing towards the end.
This cod brought back the arcade style. I felt fast movement around the map. The weapons and enemy engagements and maps are good I really enjoyed playing it with my friends
a nice little touch, but making it easier to see what challenges we were close to completing, they even had an entire overview for camos It was even shown when choosing a weapon or picking an operator.
last 3 CoD for me. Vanguard for me was better than MW19 and cold snore. MW19 was way too campy and boring, but Cold snore was even more boring holy shit.
I honestly think this was one of the better MP experiences for Call of Duty. I certainly liked it better than MW 2019 and based on the beta for MWII I might be looking at another couple years of Vanguard...
@M P dont say that. the devs said they would cater to all playstyles for their upcoming mw22 title but clearly theres only one playstyle catered the most, ppl who say things like you are what makes these companies cater more to casuals, i dont see how thats "fine" we gonna act like cod isnt an arcade shooter since its first 10+ titles lmao
I loved the fact that you didn't have to grind out weapon levels for melees and launchers besides the whole camo bug fiasco it saved so much time and unnecessary rage
Really glad they add rank play and had an elo base system. It allows me to grind for something and see progression in my grind. For sure one of the best rank play system Cod has had in years
That’s so easy. - ATVI stubbornly jamming SBMM for 3rd year in a row even after Cold War dropped in popularity thanks to it - Ping NOT being king - Terrible post launch map count - Little support for Zombies - No factions - Party game modes took months to come (We just have Gun Game to this day) - No red dots on the minimap by default - Disbanding lobbies - Horrible spawn logic for launch through season 2 - Cheesy trash perks like Piercing Vision - No special calling card for earning a V2 Rocket - MVP screen being an absolute waste of time - Too many featured modes at any given time, splitting up an already small playerbase - Bugs and issues taking way too long to be fixed (Muzzle smoke was an issue in zombies for 10 whole months) - Only allowed to take 1 T1 perk. So you’re only able to counter one thing, and T1 perks counter dogs, Piercing Vision, explosions. - Riot shield + Overkill - 70 weapon levels for every gun (55 for handguns) and abysmal XP rates
@@tsuikyit5511 terrible post-launch map count? What, you’re complaining that we had all the maps up front? Also, I used to complain about the MVP screen, until I went back and played some Cold War, where it was common to wait 20-25 seconds after the scoreboard for it to make it to the next lobby. At least the MVP screen gave you something to look at, with more reduced wait time than we had before.
Ace just a video suggestion for you here. Do a CoD in depth tier list. Lots of others have made these videos in the past but with your in depth knowledge and experience of the games, I think I'd appreciate your take. It may also be good for newer subscribers who don't yet know what your ideal cod looks like as a whole
Never understood why so many people just scream that this is the worst cod of all time. I didn't care for it, thought it was pretty boring, haven't touched it since like January. But worst cod? Not even close
Vanguard is a game that did a lot right multiplayer wise (don’t talk about zombies), but was crippled from the very beginning by most people’s lack of interest in the WWII setting. Decent content flow at first that dried up as the seasons went on and Activision felt there was no player base.
I’m actually enjoying vanguard mp over anything else.. 100% agree with your game review. The flow of the game specifically.. did they tweek Sbmm or something? Whatever they did it’s great
Vanguard played like MW2019 but more of an fast-paced version with some of the negative stuff cut back (quieter footsteps, radar perk, better mobility). I had my fun with game and kept me playing unlike MW2019. It’s unfortunate that this game got side lined starting with S3 just for Warzone (and I never played Warzone because I have no interest in BR games lol).
I liked how they brought in some obscure prototype weapons from the era. I'm a huge firearms history nerd and while the attachments in game made me cringe, the inclusion of some of WW2s most obscure weapons really made it fun
I quit vanguard pretty quickly because of how grindy it was. Felt like it took wayyy too long just to level up one gun. I wanted Atomic camo, but wasn’t prepared to quit my job in order to get it.
The operator leveling system is really cool. I enjoyed the leveling process- however I do wish it was a little deeper- with specific challenges similar to black ops 3 to unlock skins (albeit not as in depth due to no specialists- potentially some challenges with favorite weapons?) and I do wish there was a skin for maxing out every base operator in the game. This is an aesthetic/personal thing too- I wish the skins for maxing out each different task force weren’t just “black and silver with gas mask and helmet” across the board. I wish they were more distinctive based on which faction they belonged to (for example, the gas mask works for sure for task force sentinel the gas mask works fine but for shadow, maybe a semi ghillie suit or something more lightweight). I would also love to see unlocks for the zombies mode as well, with different unlocks for leveling the character in zombies (with maybe challenges unlocked at certain levels so that xp progression can be shared between MP and Zombies). However one side of it that is absolutely a negative and is personally why I don’t want the system to return unless operator unlocks get changed- you have to spend close to $50 USD to get the DLC operators leveled up. Unless base operator unlocks are changed to mirror weapons, with a challenge unlocking the base and the skins being purchased through bundles also unlocking the operator, there is no reason to even level up the DLC operators outside of their golden outfit. This should absolutely be changed in the future if this system is brought back. Par for the course with vanguard, even one of the brightest spots of the MP has a sour taste to it as well. I do hope unlocks are changed going forward though.
I know this is such a minor detail, but I think it would've been cool if you got special draw and reload animations when using an operator's favorite weapon. Not like a speed increase, but purely for looks.
I did not like this game when it came out, but looking back at it, I loved it. This game has my single favorite map and my single favorite feature. Daus Haus was my favorite map of any cod game and combat pacing was such an amazing idea. Idk why we haven’t gotten combat pacing in more recent games. I also really liked the guns. They all had a niche and they felt really good to use
Good video Ace. I agree they had many maps at launch, but for the negative video, pacing selection screwed this up. So many maps I feel like I never got to play.
I don't know why community hate Vanguard. I enjoy this game and even get my first V2 rocket. I like what they do for this game: 1. Perks are very good balanced. We have Ninja perk and Radar perk, both of them resolve MW19 issues. 2. Gunsmith with 10 attachments. I like that I can put all 10 attachments, not only 5 attachments on my weapon. This is very first game which offers to have all 10 attachments and not limited players options. Btw 10 attachments system do not make your weapon OP, if all atachments have their own pros and cons and weapons are balanced well. 3. The Sprint to Fire time is the lowest comparing with MW2019 and CW. For example in Cold war avarge STF for AR is 400 m/s, while in Vanguard AR's have avarage STF is less than 300m/s. 4. Aim walking movement speed and movement speed superior comapring with previous titles. I love how fast and smooth you can move in Vanguard. Just try to play MW or CW and you will feel the difference regarding movement.
Graphically I really liked the destructible environment elements even if they were quite rudimentary and limited to minor things. I generally like MW2 and it looks good but I am disappointed I can't shoot and break wine bottles and stuff :(
I disagree with the no lethal equipment thing, entirely because with Engineer style perks it was a camper/blind spot detector. The only positive I really have is that hilarious field upgrade where you get that RC tank. A tank which has collision with allies letting you move people who are camping or being toxic out of their position or run over multiple enemies who couldn't fathom this exists. My favorite is when you get an Ally who likes this, rides on it and pre-aims.
I had good fun with Vanguard for 2 months between the launch and Warzone. Outside of that enormous map (Red Star?), I thought the maps were solid. I prefer the more modern aesthetic, so credit to SHG for making something enjoyable out of WW2.
If the technical problems such as lobbies not filling up or challenges not tracking weren't there at launch, honestly i could see myself playing a lot more
Yeah as someone who goes for mastery every year the grind being half unobtainable or so painfully frustrating to obtain that it killed any desire I had to play by season 3 (funny enough I called it quits after I finished the Riot Shield)
Yeah lobbies only filling up with 8 people in tactical mode absolutely killed the game for me. The game had just released when I was still playing too.
I wasn’t happy that you had to use a mine and a demolition charge to get the desired effect. Plus, it was iffy. Sometimes it would go off and sometimes it wouldn’t. The delay on the demolition charge made it unusable on its own.
The movement, the sound, the guns all good imo. I gotta be honest, I didn't enjoy this game as much as I hoped I would, but I still put many hours into it and I too had some fun with it.
I’m glad you mentioned the maps you didn’t like we may like because I know it sounds like a joke but my favorite BO4 maps were arsenal sandstorm and jungle flooded not even lying
I did have fun with Vanguard, really the only thing that made me stop playing was the game dying. After June or July, it took so long to find a match, it was just simply a waste of time. I didn't love the game enough to sit for 2 to 3 minutes between matches and wait. I tried again about a month ago, and after 5 minutes of waiting, I just simply logged off and uninstalled. I'd be willing to wait it out of the lobbies didn't disband, and so you only had to go through that once, but obviously that is not the case.
Tbh I’m playing this game over MW2 rn. Does this game annoy me sometimes yes but there is something super fun about running ship haus 24/7 for me. It’s like a hardcore cocain binge but like it’s fun. I don’t ever feel frustrated as hell playing it and dying over and over. Maybe I just like a game mode that’s chaotic as hell. But something about it on this game specifically just feels good and I play it all the time when I’m bored
I'm not even memeing when I say that there basically wasn't footstep audio. Whenever someone showed it off, it wad in a quiet spot of a map in a custom lobby with one other person. In practice, there were a trillion noises always happening and I would say I actually heard a single footstep once every like...15 games.
Vanguard was the best of the last 3 CoDs in my opinion. There’s a lot it could have done better, but the overall gameplay flow was top notch; it honestly reminded me a lot of Black Ops 2 in terms of flow. Obviously audiences weren’t enthused with the World War 2 setting, but I thought it was awesome, and I really appreciated the attempt to stand out from its predecessors by allowing for robust weapon tuning via 10 attachments (even if I don’t want to see this return, it was fun for a year’s cycle) and the combat pacing really differentiated gameplay experiences even if the game became pretty one note late into its cycle due to lack of support. Overall though, this game rocked, Sledgehammer just didn’t support it well enough.
It was a rocky start, but in the end, I had fun. Not the worst COD I’ve ever played, certainly better IMO than BO4. And this game is the third consecutive mastery camo I’ve completed. That Atomic looks sweet
Yeah, big agree on the feel of the gameplay flow, I think around half of my top 20 biggest CoD killstreaks ever were in this game, because if someone was willing to put the effort into learning maps/spawns/flow/etc., it would reward you. It's just really too bad (and I'm sure you'll be talking about this in the next video!) that the game overall didn't give much reason to play it after the initial launch content.
I didn't mind the camo grind as much in vanguard as cold war and mw2019. Excluding the stupid launcher camos that were impossible before they changed them.
I will say that map diversity at launch was the best call of duty has had since MW2 and combat pacing was great idea. I hope that it returns in Modern Warfare II
Things I liked: -FOV Slider -The WWII setting -graphics and colours -the challenges and rewards -the general idea of voting for the best player of the match (I think it would be great in sustainable lobbies)
You know what they should do with MWII? First of all, add combat pacing. Then, implement gameplay style changes to the combat pacing, and not just focusing on the amount of players; In "tactical", MWII works like it did in MW2019 and in the beta. In "assault", they lower the footsteps a bit, maybe change the perks, decrease ADS and sprint out time, as well as other buffs that improves game flow. And in "blitz", they add the option to use ninja as a base perk, on top of another new buff to movement, and so on. That way, people can choose what they want to play, based on their preferences, instead of being forced into a specific playstyle. It would also benefit everyone, or at least the majority would enjoy it.
I love the game. What I didn't like is the balancing. It's weird that Stopping power was added in as a passive through Damage Mags. The only downside to it was a slower rate of fire. Negligible downside when bullet velocities are reversed. Larger Calibers should have had slower bullet velocities while Small Calibers should have had faster. The Damage ranges were pretty much perfect. Footstep audio range needs to be greatly reduced though walls. At times, I wasn't sure if the person had "Walls" or not. I could always just swap over to Ninja mid-game to counter but why is that a thing I need to counter? It's like needing a cloaking device to counter their vision, or impenetrable armor to counter their bullets. I can tell you from living near a public park and sitting near a massive window fitted with single strength glass, that's about five to seven feet from the sidewalk, you barely receive sound unless they are up next to it or running by. Walking should not be easily detected. Or running when so much is going on. They need sound priority as well. Lethals should have be put on a field upgrade type system. Or completely reduce the range of max damage to all explosives.
One of the few things I liked is that sledgehammer at least listened to the audience a little bit in the beginning. It seems like they just ported MW to a WW2 setting but at least they implemented ninja as a perk and changed the spawn system a bit. They still left bad gameplay decisions in but the main reason I'm not getting MW2 is because of their unwillingness to receive and implement feedback from the community thinking they always know what's best for the community. They just know what's best for their bottom line.
Also one thing I love a lot was how much content it was at launch and also the game was playable compared to both CW and MW 2019 those 2 games were almost unplayable at launch
As far as Spawns are concerned I thought I would mention that the coach for Optic said that the game played much worse and didn't reward COD fundamentals after the spawn overhaul. I know you're more of a Dom player than a HP guy, but thought I would mention it. Overall, Vanguard was a generally fun game to kind of aimlessly run around the map and kill stuff because the guns and movement were fun enough and the flow was pretty fast. I'd say Vanguard was more fun than it was good if that makes any sense.
In my opinion, I think a vanguard is that one of COD that we didn’t even need to be released but the combat pacing is definitely something we should have in all cods. Plus this game had Dead Silence and Ninja perk which is definitely always needed in the game unlike IW😐. Combat pacing was literally the best thing they ever gave us when it comes to player choice on these NEW CODS lol. We can’t never play what we want to play anymore… we’re literally forced to play whatever we can play.
I think the overall core gameplay is pretty dang good, and the TTK feels just right to me. Moving around feels so smooth compared to Black Ops or Modern Warfare, in my opinion - like I'm on ice skates. I've been feeling this for a couple months, but I do think that in a few years' time when people revisit the game, it will be considered underrated in the gameplay department.
Neat video! I liked and played VG a lot and got my first mastery camo on it. It was sone getting used to after cold war but i'm still playing it today. The integration with Warzone was very important to that as well. Hardcore was completely ruined by the missing throphy system and it worked bad even when they finally added it. I loved the operator leveling and I hope it gets back in mw2, probably not. Adding the shiphaus playlist helped a lot with leveling guns, but i would rather see more balance with other maps so we can play them all. That's something they didn't do properly which made it that the other maps were very underpopulated
I liked Vanguard. (Liked Cold War more) but I had lots of fun with it. I think a lot of hate them game gets is just because it’s not Modern Warefare. After playing the MW2 beta for 2 weekends I jumped back into Vanguard and honestly liked Vanguard more. Esp with respect to “fun” factor
I’m Colourblind, it’s so hard to play without the name plates. The option for colourblind only really changed the player triangle in the mini map and a brief moment when you are close to the player. Usually shooting at my teammates. 🤣
no. If you don't like MW19 and MW22 then you wouldn't like Vanguard, basically the same game, few things tweaked like movement speeds and map design but it just feels like a WW2 DLC than an actual new game. Cold War is much better, i'd just stick with that even when MW22 comes out, least that's what I'm gonna do lol
Honestly my biggest issues with vanguard was content variety. I enjoyed it as a call of duty game but once I got atomic and they dramatically slowed down/limited the content we got the game got boring. It is a massive issue but other than that I thought it was an enjoyable game at first. That and the fact that we never got a proper flak jacket perk. Other than that, the audio balance and core gameplay was great and flowed very well.
The pacing of the gameplay in Vanguard has been the best and the audio was handled better than MW19 and MWII BETA. I totally agree with all the points mentioned in the video, besides SHG fixed the essential problems with the requested things like removing the camera delay when spawning, adding ninja as a perk, weapon stats and more things that Infinity Ward didn't do it on purpose instead of giving something for all preferences.
yea vanguard was full of issues for sure but it was still mostly fun for me. Unfortunately ppl hated it before it even came out just because of the ww2 setting. Which btw, it blows my mind when people say they're tried of ww2 cod games. We've only gotten 3 ww2 cods in the past 15 years, waw, ww2, Vg, with a modern game coming up. Also most people, i think, dont even count or consider cods 1, 2, and 3 in these types of discussions so yea. I personally really enjoy the ww2 style cod and its a shame we prolly wont get another for a really long time if at all after the communities reaction to vangaurd. Another thing is, the many bugs, glitches, and overall balance issues the game launched with, that took way too long to be fixed, did not help vanguards case (hell i still get packet burst issues till this day). Like does anyone remember the buck and slug shotgun meta, and the incendiary grenade spam? lets not forget it took them like 4 months i think to fix the panzerfaust launcher challenge. So yea vanguard is extremely flawed but imo at its core gameplay experience, its actually a really enjoyable cod game.

I liked changing the fire rates on my guns. No fire rate affecting attachments in mw2
This. Vanguard is just a better mw2019 held back by its setting and lack of support because wz makes $$$$
Unfortunately zombies was a complete flop
if you look at the numbers your really wrong
Also a radar perk or the new forward Intel perk were great compromises to the lack of red dots on the minimap
Forward Intel has to be the worst snowballing perk I've ever seen.
such a crutch perks for people who are bad at the game
Expected it to be 2 minutes
I agree lol
It’s not that bad. I enjoyed this game more than mw
Could have been a short lol
Hahahahahaha such big brain. Not low hanging fruit or bandwagoning at all. So clever and original
@@enjoyyourpizza812 this the same person that gonna be saying vanguard was a good game and going to be complaining about mw2 in a couple months
honestly the “favorite gun” thing for all the soldiers was the best thing they did. Maybe refine it so an operator has a favored “weapon class” instead of just a specific gun so we don’t feel tied to a single gun. Like have Constanze favor LMGs as a whole instead of just the MG42.
What i really liked:
OP story Vids
Fav gun for ops
Special camo unlocks for rank up ops
Combat Pacing
Maps at Launch
For me the overclocked tactical gamemode was a godsend when it was here. Having the health increased to 150 and to a lesser extent no killstreaks made the game actually playable, enjoyable even
Oh boy, is that time of the year again! Exciting!
Im sure this is probably part of the 1st point, but I liked the generally slower time to kill. It allowed for somewhat of an ability to recover from being hit first or to challenge someone peeking a corner as long as your movement and gun handling were superior enough to allow you to do so.
As a MW19 ground war enjoyer, I had a lot of fun with Arms Race for a while. It really deserved more than 1 map.
My thoughts exactly
It feels like classic COD
@@yougotmail441 yup
a nice little touch, but making it easier to see what challenges we were close to completing, they even had an entire overview for camos It was even shown when choosing a weapon or picking an operator.
I think its the best out of the last 4 CODs. I really have enjoyed it. The sheer amount of weapons and variety is awesome
😂
🤣
last 3 CoD for me. Vanguard for me was better than MW19 and cold snore. MW19 was way too campy and boring, but Cold snore was even more boring holy shit.
I honestly think this was one of the better MP experiences for Call of Duty. I certainly liked it better than MW 2019 and based on the beta for MWII I might be looking at another couple years of Vanguard...
don’t blame you, the pacing is better to handle in vanguard, modern warfare is just pre-aiming, hiding and elephant footsteps
For sure one of the best rank play system Cod has had in years
waiting for the 2 hour long video about what Vanguard did wrong
That’s so easy.
- ATVI stubbornly jamming SBMM for 3rd year in a row even after Cold War dropped in popularity thanks to it
- Ping NOT being king
- Terrible post launch map count
- Little support for Zombies
- No factions
- Party game modes took months to come (We just have Gun Game to this day)
- No red dots on the minimap by default
- Disbanding lobbies
- Horrible spawn logic for launch through season 2
- Cheesy trash perks like Piercing Vision
- No special calling card for earning a V2 Rocket
- MVP screen being an absolute waste of time
- Too many featured modes at any given time, splitting up an already small playerbase
- Bugs and issues taking way too long to be fixed (Muzzle smoke was an issue in zombies for 10 whole months)
- Only allowed to take 1 T1 perk. So you’re only able to counter one thing, and T1 perks counter dogs, Piercing Vision, explosions.
- Riot shield + Overkill
- 70 weapon levels for every gun (55 for handguns) and abysmal XP rates
@@tsuikyit5511 Whitley .50 BMG with piercing vision fucking PLAGUED the game

@@tsuikyit5511 terrible post-launch map count?
What, you’re complaining that we had all the maps up front?
Also, I used to complain about the MVP screen, until I went back and played some Cold War, where it was common to wait 20-25 seconds after the scoreboard for it to make it to the next lobby. At least the MVP screen gave you something to look at, with more reduced wait time than we had before.
@@ikepigott And this was ATVI saying VG would have robust post launch support.
1-2 maps every 2 months doesn’t cut it
the music. the vanguard soundtrack is the most underrated. each piece is unique and outstanding.
If vanguard was a modern shooting like half the hate it got would disappear
I'm a huge firearms history nerd and while the attachments in game made me cringe, the inclusion of some of WW2s most obscure weapons really made it fun
yes like the em1 and f200
More like the nz41 in game which was a full auto conversion of a smle if I'm remembering right
I quit vanguard pretty quickly because of how grindy it was.
Vanguard for me was just a sweaty version of MW19, but i did liked some small things like the gunsmith and operator leveling.
"MW 2019 wasn't sweaty"??!!! You kidding me😂🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
That game is were the INSANE sweat started!
My two positive things about Vangaurd are: that dead silence was a perk and that it was only for one year. I can’t say the same about MW2, sadly.
I honestly had a lot of fun with Vanguard, much more than any of my friends
I really like the hit marker and the kill sound
On the List of Positives I would add the Install Size because it was very reasonable unlike previous Games that where 100+ GB in the End
Good video Ace. I agree they had many maps at launch, but for the negative video, pacing selection screwed this up. So many maps I feel like I never got to play.
The two shot Whitley with fmj and piercing vision was the most toxic set up and most fun I've had in CoD in a while!
fun for whoevers using it not fun for the people who have to play with someone using it
The prerequisites to this video are gold
The bones for a great CoD were definitely there. I did have a surprising amount of fun actually playing the game.
Will be waiting for the Negatives video.
I don't know why community hate Vanguard. I enjoy this game and even get my first V2 rocket. I like what they do for this game:
For example in Cold war avarge STF for AR is 400 m/s, while in Vanguard
AR's have avarage STF is less than 300m/s.
@The Bro it's just the pacing lol
My favorite time of year can’t lie
I wasn’t happy that you had to use a mine and a demolition charge to get the desired effect. Plus, it was iffy. Sometimes it would go off and sometimes it wouldn’t. The delay on the demolition charge made it unusable on its own.
The movement, the sound, the guns all good imo. I gotta be honest, I didn't enjoy this game as much as I hoped I would, but I still put many hours into it and I too had some fun with it.
Gun balance was OK in the end good to hear!
Ace please do a video ranking your fave to worst CoD games. ie: COD4 to MW2 2022
Excellent gun variety (I felt there were several guns I wanted to play with).
They added a pause button in zombies after
6 months
I’m glad you mentioned the maps you didn’t like we may like because I know it sounds like a joke but my favorite BO4 maps were arsenal sandstorm and jungle flooded not even lying
TheXclusiveGOAT back at it again
I liked how little space it took up on my hard drive. That 0GB download was great.
Amazing way to frame what you want them to change in mw2 2022
Things I liked:
-FOV Slider
-The WWII setting
-graphics and colours
-the challenges and rewards
-the general idea of voting for the best player of the match (I think it would be great in sustainable lobbies)
I was expecting this video to be a black screen for 5 seconds
One of the few things I liked is that sledgehammer at least listened to the audience a little bit in the beginning. It seems like they just ported MW to a WW2 setting but at least they implemented ninja as a perk and changed the spawn system a bit. They still left bad gameplay decisions in but the main reason I'm not getting MW2 is because of their unwillingness to receive and implement feedback from the community thinking they always know what's best for the community. They just know what's best for their bottom line.
I’m still having fun playing it, I think it takes to long to level up a weapon, but on the bright side I get to know the weapons better 🤜💥
They just had to nerf the headshot multiplier and it would have been godly
@TheXclusiveAce please report this channel, feels verry spammy:)
I'm anticipating the one about how everything went south
One thing I love was the gun models
I liked Vanguard. (Liked Cold War more) but I had lots of fun with it. I think a lot of hate them game gets is just because it’s not Modern Warefare. After playing the MW2 beta for 2 weekends I jumped back into Vanguard and honestly liked Vanguard more. Esp with respect to “fun” factor
I’m Colourblind, it’s so hard to play without the name plates.
The option for colourblind only really changed the player triangle in the mini map and a brief moment when you are close to the player.
Usually shooting at my teammates. 🤣
I liked the mp for a few months but didn’t play after Xmas, zombies was a wash so overall didn’t play much
If there's someone that really dislikes MW19/MW22, prefers Cold War or older CoDs, is Vanguard still a good choice to pick up? Why or why not?
