How much water is needed when dossolving yhe gelatin? Should it be hot or warm? Do i have to cool down the blueberry syrup before pouring it up?
about 1/8 of a cup of hot water and yes cool down the blueberry syrup till it gets a little warm so it won't go through the cheese cake

put the blueberry on top only when the cheese cake is set so they will not sink in you can test the cheese filling by tapping it with a spoon
