I bought this 4 month ago and it's already broken. White power light stays solid, no other lights. Netgear is gonna replace it but they make the customer pay for shipping. Customer service was pretty bad too. Big time bummer.
Thank you for the video I just bought this router after watching. I was on the fence between this and the Orbi system. You might add the model t# o your video title as I had a hell of a time finding videos on this router.
It worked great until it just stopped working shortly after owning it for a year. Have been dealing with Netgear to try to get a replacement but in the mean time I have a $550 brick. I really hope they do something to fix it but according to online forms looks like a lot of people are experiencing issues with this router. If I knew what I know now I would purchase a separate modem/ router .
Yes Netgear does need to improve their customer support from giving free return labels to doing recalls. However weve had ours plugged into a surge protector and no issues

I been using one for about a year and recently moved house so I had to changed my internet provider and while connecting the nighthawk to the new WiFi, it’s not connecting? Kept showing my phone isn’t connected to WiFi, but it is.
Buy it from BEST BUY’S and get their extended warranty instead of being disgraceful Cheapos looking looking for free stuff and blowing your noses 👃 on the table while everyone is eating

I had the some problem, suddenly stopped working, I was able to get a replacement from netgear , but it was not easy :(
