have you ever tried a flywheel weight on the bike. also eric gorr has a 144 kit that makes that bike just perfect.

Doing great on the 125 my brother!!! The best fun is a 125 for me, I love ripping a 250 in a race but have the most fun on a 125 or 200...if you do another bike project you should try a ktm 200, I have one I redone several years ago and those are a blast as well, the 200 is lots of fun in a hard enduro race .

Awesome riding! I'm preparing to try my hand at a harescramble next summer with my yz125. Been riding on and off for 15 years, never raced. Got any pointers for a 1st time racing? Sprocket setup you like on the 125? Any must haves? Any pointers would be much appreciated.
NICE! Funny I was riding right with you to overpass the guy in orange helmet near the end then your cam covered in mud. After you cleared the mud nobody there :( What happened - you pass him, did he wipe out, did you beat you?

Why do you start with the bike off
That is just the way most off road races start. It is called a dead engine start.
The frustrating part of racing is when people hold you up, just have to wait and try to capitalize on one of their mistakes. You would of took off if so.
Ripping
Would like to see you on a bigger bike. 250/300/450 Although the 125 rips and you certainly work it, the poor little girl struggles in a straight line against the big ladies.
A cr500 2stroke would be the bees knees for woods racing if anyone is brave enough 🤣
