    I've had BPPV for years and I've been on 10-20,000iu's daily for 5 years, I'm currently on 100k per week and I've still got BPPV.

      Hi! I am sorry to hear you still have BPPV even with the vitamin D supplementation. Have you had your Vitamin D serum levels checked? Is it possible that your vertigo is not just BPPV related? What has your doctor told you about it?

      “Vitamin D3 ensures that calcium is absorbed easily and K2 (MK-7) activates the protein, osteocalcin, which integrates calcium into bone.”
      You can look it up online to learn more about it.

    I've been diagnosed with Central Vertigo after I fell down from a wall more than a year now. After I was diagnosed, I slept in the hospital for a week and while I was diagnosed I started to slur in my speech. I'm still not okay but I wanted to know if slurring of speech is normal while having central vertigo?

    • @YourWellnessJournal
      @YourWellnessJournal  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi! Thank you for your comment. Yes, slurred speech is a common symptom associated with central vertigo. This is a great question as in our next video, we will be exploring more of the other types of vertigo aside from BPPV.
      Is your doctor aware of the slurred speech issue you encountered? If not, I recommend letting them know ASAP.
      The presence of slurred speech with vertigo is an important red flag, as it may indicate a serious underlying cause like stroke that requires immediate medical attention.
      I hope this helps. Please contact your healthcare provider to let them know about the slurred speech.

    So why hasn't my Dr shared this vitamin D ? Is it a new discovery

    • @YourWellnessJournal
      @YourWellnessJournal  23 วันที่ผ่านมา

      It's not necessarily a new discovery. There is a lot of solid science behind it though. Try asking your doctor about it and they're okay with it, ask them to prescribe them to you if you have BPPV.
