Cool deal. I did end up buying 2 of these lights. I then bought 3 - 150W as well. Your advice as always was outstanding. I need to get me some of the barn door units and color filters.
@@rogerseng I have not yet got to use them at home but I did do a shoot in a warehouse with them. Turns out they can get bright! Still doing edits on the video but after a meeting with the CEO today I hope to be wrapping this one up.
1. Your video looks great mate. Really professional made. 2.did you really need the knife for the box ?😂 3.why you don’t have more subscribers beats me! 4.do you only use this lighting for your videos, or do you have any fill lights ? 5. Last but not least have a good day!
That’s a a sweet background. Is that genuine wood or wallpaper? Great tips roger. Please link up some of those wallpapers you have on your wall. Thanks
Hey! Thanks for creating and sharing, Roger. Which setup did you use at 0:55 for that overhead shot? link to products would be appreciated. Thanks and happy friday, man!
What camera setup and focal length/f-stop were you using for the 45 degree and side light - got some nice crispy images right there. Also, loved your colour editing! How did you do the top-down shot? I saw you were using the main cam for the talking head, but what were you using for the top-down?
Such a nice video, just wanted to share one thing with you.. I am getting quote yellowing tint with this godox light when compared to household daylight LED bulb/tubelight which seems to be whiter than godox? Did you notice the same?
This light ....what would you say its primary use would be ????......to light a person/products or to light locations for rooms brightening ? Im guessing, small to medium sized products/food videos/and maximum a person full shot (or not even that, maybe just medium shot).
Hi...It was great movie. Actually i want to buy camera and light for video and i want to know your offer. Canon 250d with 24 mm lens and godox sl60 OR sony 6100 with kit lens and budget and normal light? Thanks a bunch
hey roger, i have the godox sl60w too and having issues with the fan noise i have a deity s mic about 2 feet away from it and during playback, i can hear the fan noise is it normal to hear the fan noise with a shotgun mic?
You often hear about Noise with these reviews on this light..what has been your experience? any noise from the fan when you reach a certain percentage. lets say like above 35%?
The most expected video for a startup TH-camr
just got this light, great tips!

can this be an all around light for food, portrait, wedding photography and videography? or 150W version is a must? thank you =)
I’ve seen people use the spitfire 120d in all kinds of shoots. This is just a cheaper and slightly dimmer version of that.
Great video! What size is your softbox?
Im going to vlog with 2 person in the living room, do you think this light with softbox is enough?
Nice video but how do you set up the remote?
what size and brand is your softbox?
Have you had an issues with the remote not working to change the Kelvin? I can't get mine to change at all

Roger Seng do you recommend use umbrella or softbox for youtube Studio?
You spent 3 minutes on how to open a cardboard box? Why is the necessary?
You could just use an Acebeam X80 😜
