Made this cheesecake last week and my family loved it, it was gone in less than 15mins! The cheesecake was perfect and was melting in the mouth, it wasn't too sweet or too acid like I feared it would be Here are some answers to commonly asked questions - They used a 15cm pan, I used a 18cm one and multiplied all the ingredients by 1.3 - You can use agar-agar instead of gellatin in a 1-3 ratio (6g of gelatin is 2g of agar-agar), if you're not sure about the measurement better add too much than not enough - I did not have yoghurt and only used the remaining whipped cream to top the cake (without whipping it to stiff peaks). It ended up fine, but it was a bit too soft and it did not hold the shape of the piping tip like in the video. You can probably whip the cream until stiff peaks and not use yoghurts and it will still turn out fine! - 30mins of freezing time between each layer was not enough for my cake not set perfectly, so if you have enough time I'd recommand letting it set for 1h each - You can make the final layer set in the freezer as well, but I'd recommand leaving it only for 2 hours and do the rest in the refrigerator (1h30 is fine I'd say). Best is to let it set overnight Hope it helps and that everyone has fun baking this cheesecake!

I have made dozens (and dozens) of cheesecakes in my life, and NEVER have I seen one fail like this one. I have been watching Hidamari’s channel for years and was always amazed by her talent and presentation, but this recipe was beyond disappointment. I should not have followed the recipe and just trusted my instincts/experience. Waste of money and time, and a disappointment to my wife. You need to double check it.
