- The T1E1 (90) is the latest variant of the M6 heavy tank added to War Thunder in the recent update. This removes the stabilizer in favor of a bigger 90mm cannon, and comes with a longer reload. This makes it more of a sidegrade than an upgrade, but it is still good. I just wish Gaijin would fix the armor.

Gaijin's programming is just as mysterious as their game balance philosophy.
I found this bug to be extremely mysterious.
It happens at random and Gaijin has never addressed this despite this bug being quite old.

Day 15 of telling spookston to play the IT1. its a ATGM launcher on the t62 chassis, it has decent-ish mobility, the turret is squished. You can hide behind cover and shoot ATGM over the cover like a gremlin and you overpressure tanks (tho it can be rare, but it does happen without you realizing) and its MG is really werid. Also it has a cool reload animation.
Heard you like goblin tanks, then you will like the LePKz M41. It is essentially a M41 bulldog with HEATFS.

13:50 The Japanese ST-A3 has an autoloaded US 90mm that reloads at 6s, with an 11+1 ready rack. It's at 6.7 though...

1. Put the, M3 Lee, M3 Stuart, M3 GMC, M3A3 Stuart, M3A1 USMC, on one load out.
2. you get one life with each tank per round.
3. If you are feeling extra funny do the Grant 1 and M3 Lee load out (Get someone else to play the Grant or Lee too with you)
4. And if you get bored, torture yourself by putting the Bradley’s on the same load out as the first one and trying to see how well you do
I had that same "Compartment Destoyed" happen a few times. It seems to happen if the shell over pens a road wheel or something, then fuzes on the outside of the vehicle. It's weird as heck.

2:00 it's actually worse than just needing a single kill. If you rush a cap in a low-ish (I.e. min spawn cost) spaa, you don't even need a kill, as the spawnpoints you get from the cap will be enough to spawn a plane with bombs.
Challenge: just use the HSTV-L as an anti-air with the proxy shell

If someone team kills a person with a nuke in warthunder, it should automatically ban them. That behavior is so petty and pathetic, and I can't believe how many war thunder players do it. I've never gotten a nuke, and seeing how often players try to team kill nukes, it honestly makes me relieved that I haven't ever gotten one.
Edit: Honestly, gaijin just needs to make it so that teammates can't kill you when you have a nuke. It's perfectly fine to allow the enemy to try to stop you when you have a nuke, and I know that friendly airplanes can damage or kill you in order to make sure players don't make dumb moves or so that they crash into each other if they dog pile on one enemy, but they should make an exception when it comes to having a nuke.

The Aerocomet forming up with the B-29 there at the end was pretty cool looking. I love playing the P-59 but man, you play that vs the plane that beat it (P-80), you realize why the P-59 failed.
Surprisingly you can trick a lot of people at 5.7 with it, they see you as a big slow target until you hit around 300-400 Mph, and you start turning like a Zero.
To answer your question about a faster reload with a US 90mm M3, it's not the 90mm M3, but the STA-3 gets basically the same gun, with an added HEAT shell and a 6 second reload with its autoloader. It's quite nice.

Fun fact, the american 90mm can go through the Tiger 2H gun mantlet, but only around the area of the gunners sight at close range. Can come in useful in a pinch as its easier to hit than a ball mount shot.

Actually, there was a vehicle with the US 90mm that reloaded faster than 7.5 seconds - Israeli Magach 1 and 2 crews claimed to have achived reload times of 6.75-4.75 seconds back in 1967.
Seriously spooks, the amount you get cas'd is an enigma to me, i get occasionally targeted, but for the most part i feel like my interactions with planes arent an issue at all

it's funny because high tier (around 9.0 or 9.3) CAS isn't as annoying because there's always a radar missile SPAA lurking somewhere in hope of getting air kills, so they generally can't do much, they have to fly low and they often miss their bombs.
I genuinely cannot remember the last time Spookston got killed by another tank. This man is cursed
