Man you just created a time piece for NISSAN Heritage IMO. Quality PArts, rare parts, complete overhaul. This is what a serious rebuild is about. I love this. I got a RARE Greddy S14a front bumper to install but don't have the cash to build the rest of the car lol. One day I will though and I rather do it all in one clean shot so I can be as happy as you will be when this is all done.
Thank you very much, that means a lot! This car has been a learning experience with lots of ups and downs over the years. Seeing the body come together like this is an awesome feeling!
@@saabkyle04 Thank You for this excellent content for those like me who want a RELIABLE build without all the bandages, NISSAN Calisthenics all the way through no JZ or LS or what the hell ever else. I regret not getting a NAVAN 3pc wing set and side skirts because today they are extremely rare and cost almost $500 more that a few years ago, now its nearly $800 just for official NAVAN side skirts when it was 250-300. So my point is what you created a Masterpiece IMO. I like the 240sx to be reliable, sensible HP, daily driver, and at least come close to performance like a damn 911 or GTR on a track. I Love the drift scene, its entertaining , but for me I love my 240sx more so I need it to last.
Great work. Often at car meets you see a car with a body kit but the owner hasn't spent to time and they're all hacked up and panels don't line up. They look great from far away but up close they're terrible. Glad you took the time to get it perfect. You can really see the difference.
This car is coming together amazingly. I can't wait to see how it's gonna look all finished up! Amazing work, and the way you didn't give up and learned enough to be able to do this all yourself is an example to follow for many people with dreams of building project cars. I envy your endurance, I did give up on my first project and since regretted it a lot.

@@saabkyle04 Combined with the current stance and wheels it'll look fantastic! Bit of an aside here, but who would've thought that you'd be building sick cars with your channel now? @@saabkyle04 are you going to out fender trims on it. Take this car, and the s10 it to macco for the paint job becasue they are cheap and they only keep your car for a week or 2.
You need a very stable hand for those drills and you've done a beautiful and clean job, Kyle! Absolutely love what you are doing with this car. You are truly defining the word "Restomod" with this one, haha. I am curious to see how this all turns out when you get a nice fresh coat of paint on there, but I guess one needs to be super careful when dismounting and mounting these parts for the painting again? Since you have a good partnership with Borla (who also did something for Grand Marquis), I was wondering if such a collab would come..
Thanks so much! I've never done anything like this before so I was super nervous LOL. A good learning experience for sure! I will definitely be keeping the exhaust Jon made. It's one of a kind and has that signature "sound" I was looking for. Plus, the "blast pipes" are my favorite part!
