Thank you!! Hopefully soon
I dont understand how this deck does anything against emerald steel discard.
I find splitting to be a weird concept, i understand people want to advance, but isn’t the point to win/get better, not get a higher seed/standing. If both teams in a sport agreed to split, it would be disingenuous and boring.
There is one big difference sports are normally televised and they are paid so their incentive to try to win every game is much higher. But even in sports there are times they sit their starters if they are guaranteed a spot to save their best players. Kinda the same thing here If ur spot is guaranteed most people try to split to save their mind for top cut. If card games became huge and players were paid livable wages then maybe this would be less because sponsors wouldn't like it but that's highly unlikely to actually happen lol
Not first
Thank for the content guys. I really enjoy the game but one thing is a bit bothering me... There are match ups you lose because your deck just will lose to it, no matter what you do. Any aggro Ruby/Amythist deck will pick R/S 90% of the time apart going first. When it goes second you maybe have a chance. That does feel a bit weird, as I like to lose to a better player and not to just a deck decision. This applys to other decks too. R/A just loses straight to discard. No much skill involved. It's just the deck decision that wins the game.
