Thanks for the video! This is incredibly helpful for someone who's always been a little confused by the virtue system. I don't think I was thinking about them in such flexible terms
i'm confused with the slide for the agility class that cares about vitality/morale. there isn't a single virtue that gives vitality/morale. whats up with that?
It basically means that those 5 virtues give far more overall value for your stats than any of the vit morale virtues would give. Basically if you don't need tactical mitigation then the glass cannon build will give really good value.
I started playing a yellow Champion and My goal is DPS and for that, stats for Might ,Physical Mastery and Finesse. You are a more experienced player than me, so my question is: Am I wrong in my choices? Thanks for the video.
As far as i'm aware the % of tact damage is low enough that any tactical mastery from any source is not worth getting, and adding crit to overcap ends in a larger dps increase
@@ghynghyn4706 thx i am trying to gear for a yellow line beorning. i am reading different opinions on stat allocation in regards to tact mastery build or outgoing healing builds. i should a qualified that question better. my alpologies.
Your list is great, but isn't it better not to remove the top stat and keep going, but rather remove stat #1, #2, #3 and keep all others in place? Don't care about Phys mitigation - here. Don't care about resistance - here. Rinse and repeat.
I think I understand what you mean. What I've done here is simply ranking the required stats from what I find worse to best for each role that might be somewhat useful and just remove the worst stat first, and if you don't find that stat important then we just keep narrowing it down.
@@ghynghyn4706 Both approaches are valuable. Yours is "this is how to build". Mine is "I have built this way so far, what do I do now?" Yours would be great if people read it when they are lvl 5 and know how stats work. Mine is good for people who look at virtues when they are lvl 125, which, to me, seems to happen a lot.
My guide is specifically made to get Max value from the stats you find useful for your class. Since we have the essence system it makes sense to go for value on virtues rather than just specific stats.

Super helpful master Rigolith, thanks!!
I already using this on all my chars/classes. I can approve this.

@@ghynghyn4706 Wouldnt Fidelity be better than Honour for tac mit?
@@woodyfenlon4572 It gives more tact mit, yes. For which class/role were you thinking?
@@ghynghyn4706 Warden
@@woodyfenlon4572 Thank you! It appears the same mistake happened there just like with champ dps. Fidelity should replace Honour in those cases.

It is not wrong to go for those stats, but if you want to do raids it is better to get an overall better build with some survivability.
@@ghynghyn4706 Thanks man.
For new red guardian, wich build would you recommend?
Guard/Capt dps glass build that focuses on crit/mastery/finesse.
@@ghynghyn4706 thank you 💯
on beorning class is their dps based off tact mastery or physical?
Review at the 6:00 mark
Majority is physical, but the one tactical skill (bees) does hit rather hard
Like people are saying; mainly physical, but some tactical. I wouldn't go for tactical mastery from virtues though.

UWU
imo honour is the worst virtue
Honour is actually a very strong virtue, gives great value if you care about tactical mitigations.
@@ghynghyn4706 Compassion is better, honour maybe only for true tank
