some of you caught on quickly, I was tricking your brain into learning "Atomic Habits" ▶in PT.2 i will explain the results of this experiment: th-cam.com/video/YAA_PFtB8Tw/w-d-xo.html
The question here is; what is you? Here, the trick is; your prefrontal cortex is fooling your limbic system. Both is you. Now, knowing this, I think you'll be able to fool you...
Yes u can, the trick is to sort of "tease" the most pursaudable part of your head with a fantastic reward at the end of a task. Sex, food, and drinking could be the first imagined rewards. Then, when you feel your brain is about to actually reach for those and do those things, stop all mental tasks, and be as detached as possible, and just focus on returning to a mental state of neither work nor the reward.
gotta say the subtle jokes and careful attention to detail (kinda ironic cuz you're drawing stickmans) is insane. your channel will definitely blow up🤞
How did I get recommended this? The irony is trying to teach this to college math students as a job but I can't always convince myself. It works sometimes for me, though. For instance, this is why I do warm-up excercises every single time, no exceptions. I just start with something dumb and easy, usually arm rotations. By the time I'm done with literally one set of spinning my arms around, I have mentally signed myself up for the next 45 minutes of working out. It's just that easy. Now, I need to figure out how to do it with other stuff...
Yep exactly. As addition for fellas out there. Do remind yourself about your life goals. It will help you a lot controlling your brain behaviour. Good luck !
It's got nothing to do with inspiration, there is a channel with the name ' easy, actually ' who has only been on TH-cam for a matter of 6 months and who actually puts effort into their own content, while channels like these quite literally steal everything
@@MusicMakesTheMan_ Don’t get me wrong i’m a fan of easy, actually. I've been trying to lose weight for a long time but i realized that i was seeing thin and pretty women's appearance like an impossible thing to look like as if they're not a person but something divine. I thought about that while watching the gaslight part. Before i was thinking becoming a skinnier person was out of my possibilities but if i make myself believe that I'm already skinny I'm making that something reachable. I'm making that my reality. Maybe all that manifestation thing comes from that.
Im glad you recognise that you can shape your reality through your mindset is a significant step toward achieving your goals. Well i ve been studing long time for a massive exam and failed spectacularly, and month almost passed since then and im still stuck in a limbo afraid that i'll fail again .
Step 1 : Brain Bending - 2 minute rule? Step 2 : Gaslight - you say you topper , and then u would feel like studying I guess Step 3 : Reward System - reward yourself by watching popular k-dramas and touching the grass. Step 4 : Momentum - if a car is it motion it's rather difficult to stop it
@@soulsimple42 @@soulsimple42 it's because of guilt and advice. To love things wastes your time, becoming a failure who drains society of life. To watch/read/play/listen is to be selfish and not make "!!!MONEY!!!", and therefore should not be done.

LOL THAT'S TRUE one time i wanted to make a soyjak comic (there's a genuine argument in it btw) and i decided to just make one of the characters then i ended up finishing the whole comic
here's a lil summary of the video (i got AI to do this lol) ⏰ The 2-Minute Rule: Starting small can reduce dread associated with larger tasks. This method lowers the entry barrier and can lead to increased productivity. 👟 Dressing for Success: The act of preparing physically can trick your mind into taking action. This psychological step can help boost your readiness for tasks. 🎉 Reward System: Pairing difficult tasks with enjoyable activities transforms the experience, making it more enticing to complete hard work. 🔄 Self-Identity Reshaping: Viewing yourself as someone who embodies the habits you want to adopt can motivate you to act in alignment with those traits. 🚀 Building Momentum: Initial small successes build confidence and motivation, leading to greater enjoyment and effectiveness in tackling hard tasks. 📽 Enjoying the Process: Focusing on the enjoyment of the journey rather than just the end goal can enhance your experience and sustain motivation.
im sorry i can’t guarantee that as everyone’s mind reacts differently. i’ve posted part 2 going in depth of making more time and energy for things you like doing
