once HUGE piece of advice, join the group in the teahouse that gives u 30hp per amrita collection, you will heal SO MUCH during fights, gonna save u even more elixir.
Nice work with Koroku, I forgot that guy is a demon on higher difficulties. It’s possible to break the shell on his back and do extra damage but it’s really hard to do unless you have lightning
the monkey man is actually quite strong, in the main missions we dont see much of him, but off screen he had been doing work. Remember that he took over after oda and had tons of spirit stones and had been working as a general commander. He was no weakling, he just had no reason to be fighting since they were all large scale battles involving yokai or assassinations which a commander doesn't do. Also we need to remember his ass had been behind us every step of the way, he had time to learn combat considering he was on the field with us. He wasn't directly involved with all the fighting, but he still had to do some combat offscreen and general exploration. Not to mention he had been gifted a guardian spirit that is incredibly powerful, attributing to his safety. Basically, man was a warrior with merchant attire after oda nobunaga died.
@@BeenHoly no issues man! I highly recommend doing the ng+ for this game, as major changes happen to the enemies in the level and (most importantly) you get access to unique armor
Use firewheel and apply an element to ur weapon to get them into a chaos state. U literally bend everyone over with 2 applied status effects. Also dont forget sloth talisman.
Some advice: when you are out of stamina if you have the feral yokai on you can burst counter and it works as a dodge and you will have enough stamina to move again
i'll say it now, go back to your twin and go farm them, you can get a special skill that restores like 6 anima if you land a grab, meaning if u pair it with paralysis you can constantly keep your health up, and its on the sword, dual swords or odachi. Its amazing, since it lets you essentially against any enemy that can be grappled, get instant 6 anima or 6 guaranteed blocks/dodges. And uh... only other advice I got is that when it comes to the switchglaive, if you have the mastery thing by now, just try and swap as much as possible and get that strong skill up, it does like 6000 damage, so on a backshot you get 9k which is MASSIVE. It also does a guaranteed stagger against almost every boss. Anyways once u reach the 1st dlc is when u get the real toughies, the main game is fairly easy in comparison. Only part I disliked about the dlc's was how they felt too normal, the first dlc was great, very unique level design with great enemy variety, 2nd one was well... just a fucking city, no variety there and the 3rd one is just meh to me, its cool dont get me wrong, but it felt lame compared to the last dlc of nioh 1, cause its not some huge event unlike nioh 1, its not a huge fight as the last fight, its good though. All 3 are great considering they actually have variety and dont basically just take place in the same area every time. (Thank god)
@@duckyduckington9736 took your advice on that hidden and got it for the odachi, can I just get farming until I get sword or no? But ima try to get hidden skills for the switchglaive as well and I will keep in mind the dlc points you made
everyone says monkey man is piss easy, but I found him quite hard. The reason he's easy is that he's VERY vulnerable to stacking debuffs on him. So the average player who uses that for the fight and then uses grabs or whatnot to win... well you can see why its a fairly easy fight for them. But if you don't use those and just melee, his parry is a BITCH if you have light armor! Cause you cant just tank it outright. anyways, yeah we straight up get clapped by monkey man in lore, and only win because we had literal infinite revives cheats active lmao to be fair we're [REDACTED] and thats why we aren't dieing, unlike william who just is built different and has way more energy than us. Hell, he can whoop our ass into next year in lore.
@@duckyduckington9736 yea idk how they said he was easy, top 5 hardest boss in terms of difficulty to me NOOOOOOso your saying we suck as a warrior basically and get lucky… we the worst warrior of all time 😂😂😂 but what does redacted mean? Like are we not seeing our character die throughout the fight but just see were he wins?
@@BeenHoly i put a redacted because its a huge story spoiler and you find out after the end of the dlc and its REALLY cool. Don't spoil yourself on it, it freakin blew my mind. Just a hint, remember the intro cutscene, its very important.
I never watch small channells that algo throws at me but im currently playing the first nioh and this video was hilarious actually😃 i thought youre playing a character😄 but if this is real you im sure youll make it big😀
