Great video. Would you be able to post a slowed down video of the jet pump removal? The video you have does it so fast, I can't see how you pull the pump out. Thanks for your help.
408dezz Sorry but I don't have a slower version of this video :( The most important , I think! Before you remove the 4 screw from pump, make sure you put some rag or sponge under the Drive Shaft. That way stay the same position.
+Jason Van Rensburg Hi Jason. Check the oil first if it is a little bit milky DON'T BUY IT . If you see milky oil sludge under & around the engine DON'T BUY IT. Start the engine & make sure you like what you hear! If everything OK until this, go under the hull & look inside where is the intake grill, U can see the impeller & U can see around the wear ring. If they look like they touch each other and the space under them 1 mm its good. If U see a bigger space like 2-3 mm....the wear ring need to be changed. Other......Normally the oil need to be changed every 50 hours but I do it every 40 hours or if you not use it to often once a year, minimum. I hope it helps.
+miamiweisz . Perfect thank you so much for the advice really helpful as this is my first jetski I will own. Also how would you rate yout seadoo gti because this is definitely the model I want thats why I want all the good and bad points about this ski. Once again thank you.
+Jason Van Rensburg I love my GTI .I know U can buy a faster ski but the key world is ,,More power = More speed = More maintenance'' If you like speed around 52-55 mph, you will be more then happy whit this model. Start on neutral and it has a IBR (brake & reverse) The best thing to do first.Just try it :)
+miamiweisz . yea true thats more then enough power im happy with that. ill book a day with seadoo so they can take me out on one. But im 99% sure this is the one for me. Thanks again for your help very useful.
Anas Fouad Hi...the reason is because the Wear ring's material is plastic. So simple freeze it down and it shrinks enough for easy removal :) No hammer or saw needed
