It’s so impressive how you’ve kept the creamy, delicious taste of tiramisu while making it lower-calorie! Thank you for sharing good contents, Sasha! 💚
Hi Roseanne! To be honest the end resullt was better than I expected in the first place, my first idea was to simplify the process but without using a store-bought lady fingers, and making homemade lady fingers I just find it time consuming, so I'm happy with the recipe. Thanks for your kind words!
While all of your recipes are fantastic, I especially love your desserts. I can't wait to try your take on Tiramisu. Thank you, Sasha, for your healthy creativity in the kitchen.
Thanks so much, I appreciate your kind words! Have to be honest, I enjoy making desserts the most but I've been out of ideas lately and I don't want to repeat on myself, but there will be more healthy desserts in 2025!
Just when I thought you couldn't possibly top your last tiramusu recipe, you come back and top it with this recipe Dam! You help me eat healthier even with a sweet tooth I love your desserts
Oh my goodness! I just had tiramisu yesterday and besides it being super expensive I was so worried about the calories and what was in it. I am so glad you made this video today!
I just saw a super bare bones WFPB tiramisu recipe the other day where she just soaked oatmeal in sweet strong coffee & made a simple vanilla cream out of tofu... This is Much better- still healthier than OG tiramisu, but also a lot more like the traditional version!!
Happy New Year Sasha 🎉🎉. Hope you and the family enjoyed a wonderful Christmas. You've been working in the kitchen. Didn't over indulge during the holidays, but still pre diabetic. This looks yummy. Hmmm 😋
Happy New Year Michele to you and your family! I just wanted to start a new year with something good, and I think this recipe turned out just as I hoped, it’s a great way to enjoy a delicious dessert even after the holiday season is over.
Can you sheet cakes be frozen? There is far too much for just my husband and I. It looks so delicious I want to make it .Thank you so much for your recipes ❤️👵🏼🇬🇧
Hi Sasha, I don't like coffee, but this does look good, I wonder if there is something I can substitute for the coffee. As ever a terrific video. TFS and have a great week. ❤ 👍
You could make a strong chai or another flavor of tea, if you like tea. Dandelion tea is often a coffee alternative, although they don't taste similar IMHO. Chicory is another common substitute. You could really do any flavored liquid that calls to you, even juice. 😊
Thanks Hazel, glad you like it even you're not a coffee lover, well replacing it with cocoa or chocolate milk would be the closest to the traditional recipe, but soaking it with almond milk, vanilla milk, orange juice would be fine too. I appreciate all of your kind support! Have a great week too!
Very nice recipe chef 👍👌👏. I hope you had a nice and peaceful CHRISTMAS with lots of 🎁🎁🎁 and also I like to wish you and your love one's A HAPPY NEW YEAR 2025 🎇🎆🍾🥂🥞☕
I'm also bothered by raw egg, but he did suggest pasteurized egg. I'm not sure if that's available at grocery stores everywhere, though. In this recipe, you could just totally skip it and you're not really missing much. It just makes it a little thicker and richer, but it's not necessary.
Sorry to say I would prefer the extra calories than starting the new year with SALMONELLA!!! So surprised about this choice .especially from a person who used to look for HEALTHIER options .
Thanks for your feedback, I know there's a risk but it's definitely not something I would worry about, especially if using fresh eggs and egg yolk only.

Hi, thanks for suggesting, I'll add it to my 2025. plan.
I just saw a super bare bones WFPB tiramisu recipe the other day where she just soaked oatmeal in sweet strong coffee & made a simple vanilla cream out of tofu... This is Much better- still healthier than OG tiramisu, but also a lot more like the traditional version!!

Is there a sub for the spelt flour.....Thank you my daughter would love this....Julianna NC
Can you sheet cakes be frozen? There is far too much for just my husband and I. It looks so delicious I want to make it .Thank you so much for your recipes ❤️👵🏼🇬🇧
Hi! Not really fan of freezing the cakes, especially the creamy ones, I suggest you just cut the recipe in half.
@@eileentallula2365 you can make it in ramekins
Wondering if it would still turn out subbing buckwheat flour for spelt? 😊
Hi Susan! Yes that would be fine, but in a lower ratio like 3/4 cup up to a cup would be fine, I find it quite dense.
Can you replace oat flour with almond?
Sure, that would be fine too.

Cocoa is a wonder option
I also don't like coffee so I make it with chocolate milk and it's delicious

Can I replace oats with barely flour
Yes, you can make that subtitution.

Hi there! Thanks so much for your kind wishes! All the best wishes to you and your family! Take care!
Can you suggest a way to NOT use raw egg
I'm also bothered by raw egg, but he did suggest pasteurized egg. I'm not sure if that's available at grocery stores everywhere, though. In this recipe, you could just totally skip it and you're not really missing much. It just makes it a little thicker and richer, but it's not necessary.
You're right, that would be just fine, a bit lighter but still delicious.

Traditional tiramisu also has egg yolks btw
