Thank you for trying. When you explain something don't skip steps. "After that go to your file explorer." Show going to the file explorer in your video. It only takes seconds to include ALL the steps. Assume you student knows nothing, as many 60+-year-olds are absolute beginners.

I tried using USB method but the picture quality gets degraded....Like if I transfer the pic back to my phone from the pc, it is not of the same quality as it was in the phone initially....Also on the laptop,it appears clear but the pic size is really small,to be able to see it I have to zoom in and as expected picture quality gets affected...what to do now😢

There's multiple ports on laptops on mine the wireless mouse works on both but the USB to connect to the laptop works only in the upper port. Best of luck.
