For those who don't know this was most likely taken from the guitar hero tracks. They keep the musical tracks separate so when you screw up and will stop playing that specific note rather than the whole song. Sometimes guitar hero has to re-record the song, but sometimes they get access to the original tracks. Really awesome to hear everything separate to understand why it all sounds amazing together.
I play best by ear & this was nice to listen to & learn the song all the way thru without having to watch a how-to & hear a bunch of talking. Thank you!
wooow... isolated guitar.... this is great, but if anybody thinks this is part of a master track, youre wrong... haha js, not dissing the video, just giving advice
Agree, I wish people would stop using misleading terms and just call things what they are... not to mention that back in 2010 when this was uploaded the Audio quality on a 480p video made this worse than it could've been.
Hey Bud, incase you havent learnt this song yet, check out this Tutorial Vid I learnt it from. /watch?v=5PLfFrnxhlc it is a very enjoyable song to play. Goodluck. =]
this and the bass track are two of the best things i ever heard.... adam and justin are 2 incredible musicians
What's evem better is playing them both simultaneously on 2 separate speakers in sync.
What's even better still is watching them live, haha
What’s even better is listening to this on ketamine
What's even better is learning how to play both guitar and bass parts simultaneously 🤟

no way I am going to remember all of that
you're joking right? :))) I mean I already learnt this song it's not as hard as it seems.
@@Cymanytb i kid you not but in these 8 years i kinda got the hang of it
hahahah :)))) i didn't realise how old this comment was
so what's the improvement and the change in genre after 8 years say I guess you're a full blown guitarist now huh?
@@Cymanytb the neighbors don't skip a session. Now im headbutting the wall trying to get the NEW songs down
The only other guitar player I have ever heard with the tone of Jerry Cantrell this is absolutely ear candy 🍬
He blends amps probably why
That is real musician on guitar.

This song Rips! Some of Adam's best guitar playing right here.

Thank you!
Gibson / Diezel VH4 : best duo
There's also SH-6 pickup in the bridge.
Don’t forget the Marshall that adds that sick mid range raunch
What a legend.
For uploading this.
this is great thanks very much just what i need to sort out how to play this
@TheMrDwarf yes! my thoughts exactly!
is that a tempo change at 2:44 or am i imagining it?
thx for the advice
@werewolveleader93 Where did you hear any glitch?
where did you get this from?
I think that this is the best guitar track ever recorded in a metal song
When you hear the guitar isolated like this you realise how much is missing without Justin.

Honestly sounds pretty similar to me, what differences do you hear?
@@coopergoss350 I commented this when I was 16 I don't even remember this video. No telling what I meant or if I even can hear the same thing today
@@coopergoss350 but now that I'm older and wiser this is from the produced track. It's literally just the guitar isolated.
