- This is a beginner's guide to the best game that you have never played. It first premiered in 2007 but was not a commercial success due to the fact it was online only with no single player campaign. This game was way ahead of its time and is a breath of fresh air when compared to the shooters of today. Want to try something new? Give this game a shot!
I totally forgot about this game. I was a huge fan of the snes game, and liked the sega one, and some of the newer ones. I randomly thought it would be cool to see a first person Shadowrun game of some sort, then from somewhere in the back of my brain I was reminded of this.

there are ways to play it now, i have issues with textures n have a purple/pink overlay with a disc copy of it, stresssing me out but several other people have the game running fairly well, but they seem to hide all of the issues that you end up facing leading to tons of research.... its worth it if things work fine on ur pc

Wow, so many memories with this game, used to stay up late with my gang kiting and trapping people with gust then mowing them down with pistols. I wish there were still players on the game though, i quit a couple years ago because everyone left or got the paid version. Even after i got the paid version player still were rare :I
We play everyday join the Shadowrun Community Discord group there is a link at the top of the ShadowrunLAN website.
Wow I would love to play this game. I hope they do a remake.

Hey, guy we have pubs and private Shadowrun games going everyday. We also have LANs and a Shadowrun Community Discord Group that is approaching 1000 gamers (PC, Xbox360 and xboxone). There is a Link at the top of the ShadowrunLAN site. I didn't include the . ending to the site name because some forms block it.
I'm just now discovering the shadow run Community after all these years again. Is the Discord still up and going? I'm very excited if that's the case

This game is INSANELY good!! I wish, I wish, I WISH there was a way to convert this to Tabletop use!!! The combat would be INSANE and then you could go back to the role-playing part of the game to continue on your merry way :-D
I lost my disc, my friend stole it a long time ago and my gamestop doesn't sell shadow. The xbox marketplace is ripping you off with $15 so unfortunately I won't be able to replay this game due to the fact I'm not paying $15 for it especially when I bought the game over a decade ago. R.I.P. to my dream

They need to remaster this game keep it as is. Just up Graphics and put the usual quick scheme money into it. Skins, Cosmetics, etc. Small fee of $10 and boom a money making game for years to come.

So does smoke make you invisible?
Not fully. You could still be seen as like a smokey figure and you left a little trail of smoke.
smoke has it's issues. If you get gusted you take damage and it drains your essence
