    Forgive those who have hurt you to cut the cord. To heal your heart. You can do that in a quiet room by yourself. I forgave my mother and an uncle after their passing. It set me free💕

    I just recently found out my 18 y/o daughter is hooked on meth and her boyfriend has convinced her to completely isolate from her family. I’m unsure of how to help at this point and assist in healing childhood trauma experiences that may have pushed her to this attachment. Would it me wise for me to seek inner peace before attempting to help her ? It would make sense that me being anxious and wanting to control the situation would only push her further away.
    Thank you for this message

      You know what to do❤ yes make sure you're as level headed and healed as possible while trying to innerstand her as well, and if possible just tell her you love her and that she always has a home with you and can always come talk to you.. obviously you have to mean it but I'm sure you do mama keep doing the work and show her you're healing.. I pray she'll come around and she'll realize she is more than loved!!❤

    Forgiveness is the best way about choosing to let go of those feelings and thoughts. It doesn't mean being OK with what happened. Instead, choosing to forgive is about making a conscious decision to move forward and letting go of the pain and the trauma.

  • @VanessaEllyanne

    The only thing that can ''heal'' trauma, is love, (also seeing that you are not what happened to you or the ''trauma'' but the trauma was a catalyst for growth that your soul wanted to experience, there is also blessing in trauma that you can give back through service/understanding to the people around you as in being compassionate when someone is going through something tough or guiding through love when someone is in pain)

      i have a friend whose baby daughter is getting sex trafficked, sexually abused and sold into online pornography. Your logic says her soul wanted this experience for growth... and that is absolutely insane and filled with spiritual bypassing.

    Being in a narcissist relationship and not being able to leave has been taxing. Still trying to be patient to find a way to move from it. In my case forgiving the person hasn’t changed anything. He’s taught me to not ask questions and still mistreats me

    • @Candlesinthewoods
      @Candlesinthewoods 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Because the door is always open to leave you have to ask yourself why you still stay. If it’s because of money for example then it’s that part within yourself that has to be healed. “Lack “. I watch my sister go through this for years. I keep scratching my head. It’s interesting how she acts when he is in the room and she calls me on the phone as to when he is not. Turn inwards. Move through your chakras. Heal those energy points 💕💕💕

      @fuckfalseprophets 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      very dumb of you to say. i was strangled and almost murdered. i waited for shelters to open up, being disbaled i could not make enough money to just move out. it had nothing to do with a "lack" mentality. that's just how shit works sometimes. you can't spiritually bypass the truth of actual struggles just cause it'd be nice to think we have that control. maybe your privilege grants you that, but not everyone has the same chances.that is ignorant and attempts to dismiss the seriousness of real life problems that we as people are trying to change. @@Candlesinthewoods

Just be love me more see if this help ❤❤. I hear that guy re parent's does he mean example get mum dad involved, i say yes absolutely do inner work forgive them for they know not what they did do, only living in their old way being trauma to, also do a fire ceremony re mum dad visualise them with u in ball light where u truly forgive them and self embrace each other let go trauma it release from body, also write a letter to mum dad dead or alive about trauma end letter with love then burn it release done ❤❤. Mite have to do few times ❤❤

      i wouldnt stop with the yoga if its helping out or keeping your body in check, but defo check out somatic experience therapy. what Phil mentioned was that he felt he needed abs/that he wasent good enough/so he was going to the gym to feel good about himself and letting it come from something external insted of internal. But the secret is that you are always enough, no matter what! :)

    What do you do if you have multiple traumas through your whole life. I've been in therapy for years, gone through emdr. I've been working on the letting go. Unfortunately I tried to confront an ex and have been strangled to death and raped. How do you deal with that when the system won't put them away to keep you safe? The ex has mental issues and refuses to get help. We have a child in common and if I don't answer his texts calls... He bugs our daughter. I am at a loss on how to deal with this. Please show me another way to process this. My father was no better. Was beaten and left in foster care system because he believed he did no wrong.
    Been trying to process this mess for years. I want another way to help myself.
