- The February #EnergyUpdate is here - and it's a very significant month for me because it is 10 years this month since I did my first ever video Energy Update! I know some of you have been with me for the whole 10 years. I'm sure you haven't watched every one, but I know some of you say you remember the first one coming out. Thank you to all of you who've watched for all that time and welcome to those of you who may just be finding these videos.
A few of the themes we'll be looking at this month are:
-Power Shifts - power shifts taking place in the outside world, but also how that affects us in our internal selves,
-Saying, "Enough!" Anger and boundaries beginning to show up in the collective in a new way, as we've gone through the last two years. That comes from exhaustion and overwhelm.
-Seeing Through Illusions in the Outer World and perhaps in our own beliefs. And finally,
-Past Gifts Coming Back to Light.

"I allow my heart to be lovingly awakened this month." as I listened to the crystal bowl sound bath by Jeralyn Glass last month, for the first time, I cried during a sound bath. I am feeling the aching pain in my heart and started to collect all the broken pieces of my heart from time and space, and putting them back to my heart. Thank you, Lee and Jeralyn, and all to make it happen, of course, myself! LOL
Whhhyyyyy did I literally just pray that all my gifts be revealed to me? Like 2hours ago!
Wow, February is going to be a busy month.

One thing I've realized with my anger is that I have the power of Positive, rather than negative confrontation in my relationships. Then I come to find a book on positive confrontation. Wow! Not only that, my energy has come to the point of enough is enough, but with compassion. And I love how you're affirming with compassion Lee, because many spiritual teachers and guides I've encountered felt abrasive and calloused to me, but I feel that you are incredibly attuned. And I feel so very encouraged. I'm glad I put my prejudice aside and watched this video🌞
So true all of this- everything coming up at once to be healed and simultaneously cranky/grateful.
