      Ugh I feel as if I’m always too late to get the bands. I would like to support you because you are wonderful and have made me feel good about myself again. But I need resistance bands better than the ones I have now 😩

    When I started with Chloe Ting like yeah I did lose belly fat, you couldn’t really see it but I did and she’s awesome and I love her workouts she’s amazing BUTTTT once I started here with Lilly OMG they are amazing now I have a thinner stomach and waist, I have toned and defined abs which I’ve never had, I love her and she’s a life saver honestly, In a week my abs were toned (notes: drink tons of water and eat normal! Don’t over eat everything but eat normal, I’m not on a diet, I just skip bread and I’m Mexican and us Mexicans eat a lot of tortilla and bread and stuff) but tbh she’s helped me a lot!!!

      Melanie Calero I don’t follow a certain order, I Justo watch 2 videos every day from her ab workouts which help me a lot, and I do my own on leg and butt

      Maybe Chloe Ting's workouts weren't hard enough for you. Personally I have gotten great results from her. And now that I am stronger, I'm looking for more advanced workouts. That is where Lily Sabri and Pamela Reif come into play

      Same I’ve always done Chloe ting videos but it’s easier and I don’t feel as much burn as I use to, I’m starting today with some Lily’s abs exercises instead, for 14 days wish me luck I really wanna feel that burn again and see more progress.

    I have decided to do this exercise and I’ll keep y’all updated!!
    Day 1: I was hurting and tried to squeeze my abs like she said.. ✅
    (I was going through a hard time so I didn’t complete it)
    Buttttt.... I’m back so yeah!..... (P.s. I’m going to run a mile before every exercise)
    Day 1: ✅
    It was hard and I was exhausted and sweaty and tired and sleepy and hungry and .... well you get the idea.
    Day 2: ✅
    I did it and it was a little easier now idk why but I felt better
    Day 3: ✅
    Went through this one like nothing and it’s gets better!! I see that my stomach is getting a bit flatter and I am so happy!
    Day 4: ✅
    I passed this ... but it was kinda harsh idk why but it’s like once you do an exercise so much your body gets tired anyways I am still working on the flat stomach and it’s gets better.
    Day 5: ✅
    Ok guys ! I’m starting to see a lot of m results...and I’m soooo happy!!! The fact that I have been wanting a flat stomach since a long time makes me so happy!
    Day 6: ✅
    Today was harsh , my neck kinda gutted BUT tomorrow is my last day!!!!
    Day 7: ✅
    Yesssss!!!!!! I’m finally done!! And since 7 days ago, I can see a change . I am so happy!!
    Reminder‼️ I did this workout with another workout ( Victoria’s Secret model, Romee Strijd’s ab exercises) and I had no diet. I tried my best!!! Continue to work guys because it gives the best results! Most importantly, LOVE YOURSELF NO MATTER WHAT!!!!

    I'm not sure how much weight I lost but i reduce 5 cm on my abs that a huge step for me even when i know it's not much for other people

    Day 1- my core is on 🔥. My neck is also paining .
    Day 2 - my body is experiencing a lot of pain
    Day 3- I feel lil lesser pain but my core and neck are on fire.
    Day 4- I feel that my belly fat has reduced slightly will measure at day7 and let u guys knw😁
    Day 5 - same as day 4.
    Day 6- I feel fresh after this workout . Waiting to measure myself tomorrow.
    Day 7- guys u must try this workout .I loved it. I reduced half an inch in my lower abdomen and 1 inch in my tighs.

    Before I started doing your lower belly and abs workouts, i hated the way I looked ,it really affected my mental health.
    Now though after doing your workouts for nearly 12 weeks, I'm finally starting to love myself again.
    I'm loosing weight and toning up.
    In all I'm seeing fantastic results and it's all thanks to you Lilly !!!

    I'm still here following Lily's workouts, 2 years on and still going strong 💪.. I've started to intensify the workouts by adding weights to them and I'm about to order some bands too!!
    It's become an everyday ritual for me and my husband laughs at the dedication i put into making my workout calendar 😄

I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

    I'm 15 and I started Lilly's workouts to get skinnier, i've been doing random ones for about two months now, and I DO see a difference, although it's not as much as I'd like to see, keep in mind, I also take dance classes five hours a week. I was getting a bit discouraged when I didn't see AMAZING results like a lot of reviews say, but today i had fitness testing at my school :) last year, I could only just pass the test with 20 crunches, but today, I amazed myself by getting the max of 100 CRUNCHES! I am not making this up. I outdid everyone there. I was so proud of myself that within just two months, I was able to get that much stronger. So this is just a reminder that your fitness journey takes time, and you might not start to "see" results for a while, but if you keep at it, you will be amazed. I hope you all have a lovely day

    Hi everyone I'm going to do this workout for a hole week n going to be updating u guys. Wish me luckkkkk 😎👊🏼
    DAY 1: it was actually pretty dam exhausting but I did it anyways (I even stopped 2-3 times but that's ok u guys ;) At the end of the day my stomach didn't hurt 🙃
    DAY 2: it was so much easier than yesterday. Like I did it without stopping and it flew like a bird. As I woke up I felt my stomach and its very single muscle hahaha, good feeling. I also feel like my stomach isn't that bulky :) 👊🏼
    DAY 3: it was so goooood. I felt my abs smashing and burning today. It was worth it. I feel every ab muscle working even after the workout, all day long actually since day 2 haha 🤩
    DAY 4: before I was going to sleep, I saw my low belly at the mirror and IT WAS NOT THAT BIG. I saw the results of being constant in my body huhu. Today was sort of easy I think cuz I wasn't that tired...at all 😋
    DAY 5: REST DAY (I went bicycling and did Gabriella Whited workout)

    i m gonna update y'all with my exercise(pls remind me guys):
    Day 1 : waist 88.9 cm ; lower belly 90.17 cm ; belly 77.47 cm ( Dont judge me guys.... i know i m fat)
    Day 2 :no major change but i feel something..actually a lot ...tbh...lol
    Day 3:waist 88.6cm ; lower belly 90 cm; belly 77.30 cm....m very happy today
    Day 4: im very sore...but managed to do
    Day 5:tadaa...periods.....but still i did it...it was very painful
    Day 6:was a little painful
    Day 7:no pain at all...i m able to do all exercises without any break
    Day 8; i feel super energetic nd see a change in myself
    DAY 9:super excited
    Day 10:waist 87 cm , lower belly 88cm , belly 76 cm
    i m very happy guys....thnku sabrina for this workout...i see a major change in myself and i have become stronger...i have started to love myself...❤❤

    OK, I try this on 7 days
    (NOTE: I will be combining this with a program i follow from Chloe Ting)
    Day 1: done😋
    Day 2: done😎
    Day 3: done😍
    Day 4: done😘

    Day 6: done😗
    Day 7: done😙
    RESULTS:
    I have to admit that the results were good, I have decreased a little the lower part of my abdomen, however it is still not completely flat. In spite of that, it seems to me that for 7 days, the results are really good, so if you want to try, fight!
    PS: To have better results I recommend that you do it for 14 days in a row, then you will see a great change. 😉

    Guys when I tell you that this works, it WORKS, Like within the 5th day doing this I can see a CHANGE and I wasen’t on a diet I eat like I usually do but I would def try to cut some fats. And this is the only workout I can actually feel the burn in my lower part of the stomach so you guys can DO THIS, it’s really affective. Thank you so much Lillyy💖

      I didn’t believe it was working at first but then I put on some jeans and a shirt and I looked in the mirror and I saw how my lower belly got smaller and I was completely surprise. Trust me on this guys , don’t give up❤️

    hey! i have been doing lilly’s workouts for only 7 months and i used to be 71cm around the waist and now i’m 59! i have lost over 10cm during this time and it’s insane! so if i can do it u obviously can, no matter what size u are u are going to smash this workout and be better than yesterday we got this 💪

      My waist was 90 and now it’s 70, my belly was 100 and now it’s 85, my arms were 28 and they are 25, my thighs were 60 and now they’re 53, my butt’s size didn’t change but it shaped a lot! Just in a year! I love her so much

    I was literally smiling watching your super cute dog in the mat. The way you smile at him is like an amused mother to her child haha...It just also kinda made me sad because your dog looks exactly like ( same color and size) my poodle hans who died age 16 several years ago. He was the sweetest and i can never ever replace him in my heart❤️

    I have been doing her workouts for almost a week now. I used to do them once everyday, but starting yesterday, I started to do them twice a day. I can already see my waist sliming down, and my abs coming in. Thank you!! It is truly working!!

    I’m 13 and was 121 pounds 5 3’ and I was very insecure with myself. When I started doing Lilly’s workouts it was life changing!!!!!! I lost almost 3 inches off my waist in 3 months and I’m now 106 5 4’!!! Ik it is hard, but trust me it is worth it! You are worth it and you CAN do this!!

    day 2: not so horrible, little pain because of day 1 *(I have a flat stomach but I want abs so I'm doing this)*
    day 3: no pain, doing exercise is going nice, my abs are a bit better.

    i have now learned that lilly is seriously the best workout trainer on this platform! ive been doing hers for a year now and wanted to try something different. so i explored some other fitness channels and tried their workouts. MAN those 10 min workouts felt like 10 hours. i came back to lilly for a breath of fresh air and these 10 mins just flew by :DD it's the happy vibes that really go thru the screen and into my soul that just makes my day so much better 😢❤️ honestly tysm lilly ure the best

    Day one: so far I’ve only done the workout once today but I plan on doing this again and some others but I’ll update you later, I managed to complete the workout apart from the last move as I’m recently recovering from an ankle injury

    I'll update you for the next 7days:
    Day 1: ✅ Some exercises were really hard and I was at the end after it, but I did it and I'm proud of myself :)
    Day 2: ✅ It burned sooo much, but I did it
    Day 3: ✅ It burned, but it was much easier. I also saw a little different
    Day 4: ✅ it was really easy and I was feeling good.
    Day 5: ✅
    Day 6: ✅
    Day 7: ✅ Since last week I can't see a different.
    I have to say, that I also did other workouts. I did a full body and an abs workout every morning. In the evening I did 2-3 abs Workouts and one workout for my but. I see no big different...I'm not sure but I think this little abs were already there before. But I'm honest, I am feeling sooo fit and I'm so proud of my self, that I am so consequent. I will still do it and I will update you, when I see a different :3

      hi there, i used to have the same problem, te trick is to engage your abs so that ur shoulders are lifting- this also helps ur back to stay flat. Also, try looking to the ceiling instead of your legs :)

    Hi lily, I just wanted to personally thank you for what you have done for me. From the first lockdown we have had in the uk, I gained a lot of weight and I honestly hated the way I looked. I was determined to lose all the weight I had gained, this is when I found your videos and instantly fell in love with them (ps teddy is adorable). You helped me lose all the weight and I am finally able to feel comfortable in my skin. I know I still have a little bit left on my journal to get where I want to be.     i’m trying a different workout every week to get ready for summer! i’m also throwing in some cardio every day. to lose weight: sometimes you don’t have to be in a calorie deficit. i’m not an expert if anything but i drank water, a lot. and now it’s my best friend LOL. i are normally, but kept drinking water. just a tip for those who don’t want to fast or be in a calorie deficit

    Okayy so I’m going to document it here in the comments to keep myself motivated throughout the week but also in case anyone wants to read my progress. I will be more mindful of what I eat but it won’t be a diet, I’ll make sure to drink lots of water & I’ll be doing this workout routine in addition to another one.
    Day 1: the burn is reallllll.!! I could definitely feel it & I had to take some breaks in between but I pushed through.

    I did it I was 84 pounds (I’m 13) i lost 10 pounds mostly water weight with a diet too in 7 days I did this work out exactly I recommend trying it as well

    Hi lilly!! A big fan of you from Burma! I've been doing your workouts for like a month now and I'm already seeing some changes. Currently doing this lower abs and just came to ask you before I forgot. How do I stop my neck from hurting while doing the workouts? I feel like it's on fire along with my belly. Thankful for your videos!

      This is what I posted to other neck pain replies "It very much concerns me a) how many people say that and b) why beginners are here. This is a very difficult workout video, I've been training 5X a week for over a year and I still can't do this video all the way through entriely. Only today did I do the last move all the way til the end! V ups are incredibly difficult- they require alot of back as well as ab strength , if you're only doing abs you may lack the back strength to do them. Also do not even think about attempting a v up if you can't do a decent set of sit ups first! You wouldn't scale a cliff with no roped if you'd never rock climbed would you?? Don't rush, and remember form is everything" in summary, if your neck hurts your form is incorrect. Make sure you're engaging your core WITHOUT over arching the spine as this is where many people make errors- the core isn't properly engaged to be training it correctly and you'll end up injuring yourself. If you need to slow the video down to copy Lilly's form, I recommend doing that, I couldn't engage my waist on one side in the heel touches so I slowed it down and copied her exactly until I knew how to engage the muscle correctly. I hope that helps!

    I always feel my lower back aching in these ones, even though i'm now trying really hard to imprint my spine to the ground - any suggestions?!

    one of the things I've noticed a lot since i started working out with lilly are my THIGHS!!!!
    i promise I've never really lost fat by my thighs, but i noticed a drastic change over the course of a month.
    YOU CAN DO THIS GUYS~ even if it's not everyday, just push because you'll start feeling stronger mentally and physically :)))

    Dear Lilly, have you any advises for me to get my lower belly flat? im doing workouts and diets since January 2020, and i lost 15 Kilo, but i stil have lower belly. it makes me really down and unhappy. please help me :( !!

    15.2.22: trying this workout for the first time, go! .. just did it and oh wow this is truly abs workout! Will stick to this for next 14 days
    16.2.22: niceee..i am sweaty for this first 10mins
