I had a terrible experience with them, my right controller had the hall sensor break so the sensor was stuck to the right side. I contacted them, they asked for pictures which I sent, then I heard nothing for 4 days, I eventually called and they said they're waiting for approval. I flipped a lid at the poor guy, it's under warranty, there's nothing to approve, you fix it or send a new one. 34 minutes later after trying to stall or asking for even more pictures I threatened to call the Attorney generals office and open a civil case, they promptly said they would send me a new controller.

I shipped my unit Monday got there Tuesday They fix it the next day shipped back to me same day Got it back Thursday
I’ve been impressed with their service for sure
