    This is great!!!! I have wrist problems... Brad was touting a gadget to help with push ups.... cant find the link for that product. Please help!!!

      I have had terrible wrist issues and indeed what Brad was touting is WONDERFUL!!! Those things are the real deal and just by slightly rotating them during the lift off helped tremendously!!!     This has nothing to do with this video, but can u do a video about severe cricks in your neck, my son 17 years old,, wakes up w them, they last bad for 2 days can't move his necks and 5 days slowly get better.
    But this is happening about 1 every 3 to 6 months. He plays 🎾 tennis

      I just watched their videos "Are planks useless?" and "Are planks just a fad?" They said they're not harmful but there are much better alternatives. They also said that planks exercise only the anterior body and can cause poor posture.
