    Pronated feet and knees broke me down but stretching and exercises like this helped me straighten back out again. Thanks for uploading!

    How often should I train booty per week? And how long should I train for 1 session for the best result? Pls kindly advise...thanks Bob and Brad

      if you want real growth at least 2 - 3 times a week, make sure you’re feeling the burn in the booty and eating a lot too.
