I just don’t think I could ever understand the way these molesters think but that is because I’m not one. My dad molested me when I was 5 or 6 yrs old. I told him I was going to tell my mother. He bent down with an angry face and said “ if you do, daddy won’t love you anymore”. I was devastated . I blacked it out of my memory until I was in my late twenties. I’m an old woman now And I can tell you that it never leaves your mind and the pain lasts a lifetime. Some people just don’t get that.

I only stayed married to him because I felt that that was my duty as a Christian but after 18 years and the mental torment getting worse and worse I just couldn’t take it anymore. We had four kids together and he hasn’t seen them in the past 26 years. He screwed up the whole family
