Wow! Cool to see a little behind the scenes on the build. That's "pretty nuts!" As soon as my film career takes off... whenever Hollywood freaking re-opens... I plan on buying all my favorite movie car replicas. From Kitt, General Lee, Ghostbusters, to the DeLorean time machine. I want them all more than I want anything new! Right now, all I have is an alternate replica of Kitt using my 3rd gen Camaro. Started out as a joke until I met the Hoff. Only one in the world so far. Keep up the great work and never quit!

I was wondering here if you are already recording this DeLorean to Time Machine transformation, in a static GoPro on the roof of your garage, so we all could watch this transformation in a Time Lapse video in the future. If don't, please, put all things back and start all over again! (Of course I'm joking). 😅 Jokes apart, I hope you are already doing this. It will be very cool if this could be somehow, in the near future, in a documentary or something. So, strictly speaking "In Universe" of BTTF, Doc must've had to do the same thing. Remove the back window and seal it up. When they were flying in 2015 Doc mentioned something about seeing something in his "rear display" which were linked to his glasses. Is it safe to assume Doc installed a back-up camera on the DeLorean? And that it bluetoothed or wifi'd to his glasses? How else could he know what was behind him? I know there are passenger and driver's side mirrors, and I've only driven a DeLorean once, and I wasn't really concerned with how the rearview mirror functioned at the time.
I know what you mean about the patina. I create and hand paint distressed signage and art. Love all the details too! Hey just noticed the DC Cab door mounted on the wall. Is that something you did or from the actual film?
