You literally cannot touch him in a fight and he'd be able to teleport you or anything into the kamui dimension. The only reason people sleep on how strong it is, is because we've never seen both in action at the same time except for 1 moment which is when Kakashi used both during the fight with kaguya. Kakashi's susanoo with kamui shuriken is one of the most broken things in the series, what it can do is completely ridiculous. Not even kaguya could do anything about it.

never understood how kakashi out of everyone, especially with his intelligence, didn’t realize its obito or atleast THINK it was Obito. besides it being part of the plot, but id think it would’ve been more interesting them investigating who the masked man is especially since he shows them a sharingan, when theres currently 2 uchiha left
