So he is in his element, much more expirienced in that field, has his MS active and working and facing a almost blind Sasuke with his visual advantage gone at the moment. Aka. the only reason Sasuke can fight so well in close combat is his Sharingan, wich is essencially disabled right now. But well.
Being able to even react to Kakashi with MS active, while he was praticly blind was the craziest to me. Kakashi has trained with Gai since youth, so his tai jutsu is really up there to manage. And that blindness was supposed to be an actual weakness/handicap atfer overuse. And they could have solved it the same way with Obito intervening ans saving him. Oh well.

I don't understand why Kakashi would be "shocked" about Danzo dying. He literally had never seen him fight and nobody he knew had ever seen Danzo fight. He was a top figure in Konoha politically but there was no evidence that he would be a formidable fighter or not. He was the Third's rival but that was decades in the past and he should have become far weaker with age. If he didn't have the arm with Sharingans and Izanagi he would have been very easily disposed of by Sasuke and many others would be able to do the same.
