Literally all she has is healing (including very high self regen) and she can punch/kick things with alot of force. She's is quite literally a sandbag that can hit back. Zero ranged abilities, zero genjutsu, no speed, not much combat intelligence (i.e. tactics and strategy). Even assuming no Six Paths, Sasuke is a complete package (just no senjutsu but who cares if you're dealing with like 99.99% of the population, including Sakura) while Naruto has everything except genjutsu. Both of them at any point in Shippuuden, even at the start, could easily obliterate peak Sakura. Even if we make it a 'fair fight by banning all jutsu and forcing CQC, Sakura only has strength and nothing else (seriously have you ever seen her use any semblance of taijutsu?) so all she can do is punch and kick and HOPE to hit. Literally all she has is healing (including very high self regen) and she can punch/kick things with alot of force. She's is quite literally a sandbag that can hit back. Zero ranged abilities, zero genjutsu, no speed, not much combat intelligence (i.e. tactics and strategy). Even assuming no Six Paths, Sasuke is a complete package (just no senjutsu but who cares if you're dealing with like 99.99% of the population, including Sakura) while Naruto has everything except genjutsu. Both of them at any point in Shippuuden, even at the start, could easily obliterate peak Sakura. Even if we make it a 'fair fight by banning all jutsu and forcing CQC, Sakura only has strength and nothing else (seriously have you ever seen her use any semblance of taijutsu?) so all she can do is punch and kick and HOPE to hit. Sasuke is a taijutsu master and Naruto is no pushover either, so they will still beat her ass till the end of tomorrow because she has no chance of hitting them ever. So...caught up? Nah man. The only thing she can say is she can finally fight alongside them. But CAUGHT UP? Honestly the gap only continued to grow wider and wider.
