- Recently installed the BrenTuning Stage 2 kit on my 2020 BMW S1000RR, took around 3 hours with a few distractions.
The cold start issues, and idle are fixed! This bike has never started this smooth or idled so effortlessly.
Couldn't be happier!

Did you buy the Akra slip on and match it with the headers to make the full system? I was thinking about getting the evo but I was also thinking about doing a set up like that instead to get the carbon can.
Correct. Akra optional headers with the carbon slip on. I'm so happy with this full system. Sounds incredible, super deep and bass'y, and relatively unique. I'm on Instagram a lot, and I've only seen a very small handful of setups with this carbon can!
with out the tune was the bike trash ?
I can't say "trash" it's still a phenomenal bike, it's just hard to call it a 1000cc super bike without a flash.
My personal opinion: this bike 100% requires a flash. It should be in the purchase agreement. The difference between stock and any basic emissions delete ecu flash, is staggering. Stock to BrenTuning stage 1 is unbelievable.

100%. The bike post flash is out of this world. And finally the after market is establishing some interest. You can do a lot to the bike now! You will love it if you get one.
