I spent more time online looking for the car I wanted than in the carvana vending machine area. The vending machine is an experience I’ll never forget. But they will also deliver to your house if you want. But I picked the vending machine for the experience.

The only things they need to add along with the machine's sound effects and lights is some smoke machines, to blow smoke into the bay when the cars enter, and a racetrack around their building, so you can zoom off in your new wheels! When I called the owner, he was like there's a mistake, it's a manual. I was dumbfounded, it was stated in the marketplace as a manual. That's the whole reason I wanted this particular release series car. Basically people are idiots and don't read the ad.

Manuals are overrated, ESPECIALLY in heavy traffic. Then they're just a huge nuisance. Much prefer being able to have a free hand to do whatever: talk on the phone, have a drink in hand, eat food, etc. And to just have put no effort or thought into driving. But I get that some people enjoy it and think it's cool or fun. I did initially when I was in high school when I used my dad's car, but that perception only lasted for a few months, then it just became a nuisance and task I'd rather not have to do, haha. Which is why when I bought my own car I got an automatic and wouldn't ever get a manual

@@Willppyro Well when I say zero thought, I mean minimal tasks. I don't know about you, but for me driving at least feels like it takes no thought. Obviously I'm fully aware of everything going on and I'd say I'm a better driver than most. Been driving for 16 years and never been in an accident But driving at this point is just instinctual. I know exactly what I need to do and it doesn't really require any conscious thought. Same goes for talking on the phone. It doesn't affect my driving whatsoever. Because I don't need to consciously think about driving in order to do it. I'm fully aware of what's going on and having a conversation doesn't affect that. When you're in the car with passengers do you stay completely silent or can you have conversations while still being a fully functional driver? The phone is no different than that, only difference is I can because I have a free hand while driving an automatic. And holding your phone against your ear doesn't require any thought. But I guess for some people, talking can be distracting. I think for most it isn't. Texting while driving though, THAT'S a whole different story. Obviously taking your eyes off the road is a distraction... Also, me talking on the phone while driving happens isn't a frequent thing, same with having a drink then very infrequently eating. So that wasn't even worth mentioning. What I'm getting at is I've got a free hand to do whatever. As long as I'm keeping my eyes on the road, it doesn't affect anything. A big factor also though is where you typically drive. Having a manual in heavy traffic is a nuisance, then in city traffic with frequent stop lights just isn't very exciting. But, these are all just my opinions. I guess I should have put "IMO" before my comment. But it's pretty lame saying "car guy." Like come on bro...People can be into cars while still preferring an automatic. But yes, I'll admit that for me at this point being 32 years old, driving in itself particularly fun but it's not a nuisance. BUT I actually do enjoy driving because I have a nice soundsystem in my car. Most my driving is taking routes that I've taken thousands of times around suburbs with quite a bit of traffic and the speed limit is like 40 mph (which means 49) and there's lots of stoplights. Then a pretty short segment on the highway on my way to and back from work. So not super exciting, except for listening to music.

My first Dodge Challenger was a manual, it was only good on the mountains, other than that it was a pain, did not have remote start would jam in gear when parking on a hill even with E brake on, had excessive play even after installing a full Hurst shifter. My new Challenger is an 8 speed auto and I love it.

So rad!! I just bought a challenger a few mins ago too. Waiting for it all to be verified. So far as long as the vehicle ends up as nice as the photos and description it will be the best buying experience yet. I can’t stand car dealerships and the sales people trying to sell you everything including the kitchen sink. Doing it online took like 5 mins to put all my info, tap to sign the digital contract, tap to decline all the extras....can’t wait to pick it up
V6 is a smart choice. Better mpg, better insurance rates, better resale value and easier to sell. Unless you’re drag racing you dont need a V8.

@@MaestroDens yes I saw that. The closest to me is Indianapolis, which is about 2.5 hours away from me. Only problem is I work all week so I wouldnt have had time to fly out and drive back so delivery is easier.

Manuals are overrated, ESPECIALLY in heavy traffic. Then they're just a huge nuisance. Much prefer being able to have a free hand to do whatever: talk on the phone, have a drink in hand, eat food, etc. And to just have put no effort or thought into driving. But I get that some people enjoy it and think it's cool or fun. I did initially when I was in high school when I used my dad's car, but that perception only lasted for a few months, then it just became a nuisance and task I'd rather not have to do, haha. Which is why when I bought my own car I got an automatic and wouldn't ever get a manual

@@Willppyro Well when I say zero thought, I mean minimal tasks. I don't know about you, but for me driving at least feels like it takes no thought. Obviously I'm fully aware of everything going on and I'd say I'm a better driver than most. Been driving for 16 years and never been in an accident But driving at this point is just instinctual. I know exactly what I need to do and it doesn't really require any conscious thought.
Same goes for talking on the phone. It doesn't affect my driving whatsoever. Because I don't need to consciously think about driving in order to do it. I'm fully aware of what's going on and having a conversation doesn't affect that. When you're in the car with passengers do you stay completely silent or can you have conversations while still being a fully functional driver? The phone is no different than that, only difference is I can because I have a free hand while driving an automatic. And holding your phone against your ear doesn't require any thought. But I guess for some people, talking can be distracting. I think for most it isn't. Texting while driving though, THAT'S a whole different story. Obviously taking your eyes off the road is a distraction...
Also, me talking on the phone while driving happens isn't a frequent thing, same with having a drink then very infrequently eating. So that wasn't even worth mentioning. What I'm getting at is I've got a free hand to do whatever. As long as I'm keeping my eyes on the road, it doesn't affect anything.
A big factor also though is where you typically drive. Having a manual in heavy traffic is a nuisance, then in city traffic with frequent stop lights just isn't very exciting. But, these are all just my opinions. I guess I should have put "IMO" before my comment.
But it's pretty lame saying "car guy." Like come on bro...People can be into cars while still preferring an automatic. But yes, I'll admit that for me at this point being 32 years old, driving in itself particularly fun but it's not a nuisance. BUT I actually do enjoy driving because I have a nice soundsystem in my car. Most my driving is taking routes that I've taken thousands of times around suburbs with quite a bit of traffic and the speed limit is like 40 mph (which means 49) and there's lots of stoplights. Then a pretty short segment on the highway on my way to and back from work. So not super exciting, except for listening to music.
I bought my dream car 5 months ago and it's a 2014 dodge challenger and Im still on cloud 9 its black with the red stripe down the middle with two tone black and red leather interior with magna flows for the pipes and K&N air intake chrome rims with the red trim around also a v6 its mine and I love it

My first Dodge Challenger was a manual, it was only good on the mountains, other than that it was a pain, did not have remote start would jam in gear when parking on a hill even with E brake on, had excessive play even after installing a full Hurst shifter. My new Challenger is an 8 speed auto and I love it.
