I got the other one before it and I’m encountering a lot of problems with the HK eight GEN two it keeps freezing. When are they going to push it update for that model

You must connect your phone to internet to share it via Bluetooth to the watch for GPT.
1-Notification doesnt work for many such as messenger, email clients, and any other ones that os not listed un the app. Badically the " other " notification selection doesnt work. This is the wearfit pro app issue and need to be fixed.
Also the red dot does bot always work.
Is there any other app we can use as an alternate to wearfit pro?
hi yes there is an alternative to using those Chinese data mining apps , but you will only be able to answer calls and you will loose so many features but the way to do it is if you have android:
1. dowload fdroid
2.dowload gadgetbridge
3.the hk9 watch will not be in the list of supported devices so set it up as a generic smartwatch.
4. your done you will only be able to answer calls an no other functions thats the bad part.
there is now new alternative appliction name chronos which solves notification issue and also its not made by chinese trying to get more sales so it actually works properly, however you cant install watchfaces on it
Anyways. The watch died after 3 weeks. Not a good product at all
@ghazi3499 maybe it's your watch. I hope you use a 5vokt charger. Anything bigger would kill the watch

can we add additional apps on it?
Only 5 dials I can upload at a time. It only accepts five voice memos less than a minute each, then it says not enough memory!

Also depends how much you use it and what apps on and the display staying on. Really depends on the user

Received the watch yesterday. Extremely happy with it. Especially the build quality. I thought it would feel somewhat cheaper. but it's actually really solid. A couple of things I am having issues with, maybe iMAT or someone else can help me.
1. When I play music or TH-cam on the phone, the audio plays on the watch. How do I stop that?
2. I am not seeing ANY free watch dials? I thought there would be a few free ones in the app? It's dissapointing If they are all paid.
3. I have alarm set on my phone, this morning when it went off it didn't vibrate etc on the watch? Is there a way to do that? Also the vibration is too weak even on the powerful mode.
Doesnt this have good touch sensitivity ? It seems you are struggling to tuch.. 🤔

This is gen 2 of this model, and Generation 3 is better than this one,but the max is even better. Gen 3 has the camera works on the phone and on the watch together, and the gen 2 doesn't. Max has the camera 📷 and the phone.

Two downsides
1. Fake HR sensor
2. Wearfit pro app - how and why. Cannot even get Messenger notifications on Android. Why is it so hard to allow all apps notify like another ones (mactive etc)
is the sensor fake though because there are so many different reviews and some say its real and some say it isn't so it's confusing
The Sensors Aren't Fake. There Just No Wear Detection Sensor In The Watch... If You Measure The HR With Real Medical Device, You Will Notice It's Veryyyy Much Accurate... But Keeping It On The Table, Just Shows Random Value... Its Normal... But They Aren't Fake

It can buy it has to be connected to your phone since it does not have cellular, though once connected you can dial, talk through, and have an entire call from the watch

I’m disappointed in these watches because they went out their way to imitate Apple Watch and others and the 1 feature most if not everyone will want it for it doesn’t provide. Texting, replying to messaging
the main thing you forget to show is GPS
