Jenny, you saved the best for last! Loved that blooper!😝🦟
That blooper though 😂 made my morning!
Glad you liked it!! Just keeping it real 😂
Good morning, Jenny☕️ The Forest Pansy Red Bud Tree is my favorite garden area of yours. I love all the shade plants. So gorgeous! I must buy one of those threes! I have the Ruby Falls Weeping Red Bud and I adore it. Have a Blessed Day 😊🐶
The Forest Pansy Red Bud Tree has become my favorite tree, just from watching Jenny's shade area bed. One day I will have one of those trees! I'm determined!
What a stitch! Just ate a bug on camera with a smile no less. You southern belle!
Love the shade Jenny ❤ and the blooper was an added treat 😂😂
Gotta keep it real 🤣
Jenny, keeping it real is only one of the many reasons that I love you! You rock !
Thanks!
The gardens of Creekside are just amazing. So inspirational! Loved the blooper. Protein for the day. LOL You keep it real, and you keep it moving. Always a pleasure to watch!
Jenny, your shade area reminds me so much of my pop pops garden, it is one of my favorite spaces.
Under the red bud where nothing seems to grow, you could put one of the sleeping deers from unique gardens or something else to have your whimsical senses be happy.
I am adding to my gardens a pop of whimsical stones and lights this year. I love the way your Mama's and your gardens look. Thank you for all you do and God bless ❤🙏
The deer sounds like a really sweet idea !!
Good afternoon Jenny, one of your mama's stumps with a planter under that redbud would be an idea for that bad spot. Mama knows best, with all her hosts in pots. Just left Creekside and the drive was so worth it, loved being there.
I'm wondering if people are getting plants like the ones I got. You can't see pictures of them on FB or on their online website, but you can if you Google "Creekside Nursery, Dallas, NC or go to Yelp and check out my review with photos. The photos speak for themselves and you won't be surprised that they were banned and I was blocked from their FB page and their online store. Their customer service policy is a mystery to me.
I have a red maple tree which I have a shade garden underneath it. Where the roots are stubborn and won't grow a plant anymore, what I've started, is to dig it out, but add new soil, and plant the flower in the new soil, bringing it up like a little mountain. I've been successful so far, and crossing my fingers, I've learned the trick. Found this out from another youtube gardener. You can try this in that open spot in your forest pansy garden. I love and enjoy watching you and your amazing flower gardens for years! SE Pennsylvania
Love ❤️ your shade garden 🪴 it’s gorgeous!!
beautiful garden and love the plant choices. I really enjoyed the bird sounds in this video.
Beautiful selection of flowers. Thank you for sharing your gardening adventures. Your gardens look so lovely.
Lovely. A small statue may have some appeal under your tree maybe a birdbath 😊
I see that the Assistant Manager has the good sense to lie under Johnny in the heat 🐶❤️
Jenny, the shade garden is going to be even more beautiful, Can't wait to see the plants you planted today grow big and bigger, you little bug eater. All gardens need to eat a bug or two. Love your channel, you have a great sense if humor. ❤😂❤
I love the Forest Pansy Red Bud ,it’s such a beautiful Tree! This shade garden is looking lovely ❤
IDK Jenny. But if nothing seems to be happy in that spot under the forest pansy tree. Then..... hmmm....just maybe....Jenny needs to put one of those gorgeous unique stone or aquascape planters in that spot?? 🤔 Or an adorable fawn statue??😉
Good morning Jenny and all😊
Under the Forest Pansy in your bare spot would be a wonderful spot for a unique stone piece or accent art piece
Ajuga will do PERFECT under the tree, in your dead spot!!
Best lesson I've learned is the grace in gardening. A fact I have fallen back on frequently this spring!

Thanks for all the shade plant ideas! Shade areas can be hard here in Oregon.
Jenny! Follow your Mammas sense and put in unique stone, maybe a bowl on a plinth with a big beautiful hosts or fern😁
I love my 2 Forest Pansy Redbuds in zone 9
Thank you, Jenny. we Love your bloopers or not. You always have great information for us gerdeners ❤
Love the little shed in the background at the start of the video it looks so pretty was hoping to see more of it😍🤩. Great video
Good to be reassured that my shade garden can be bare in the winter time.
Love shade perennials. I planted a Miss Piggy Bergenia for the first time this week. I'm very pleased with it so far. A couple of years ago I tried Spot On lungwort for the first time and it has been amazing every year. I couldn't be happier with it.
Love the blooper...lol!! Poor Brynna was trying to keep cool near you. She's so cute.
Thanks Jenny. Your shade garden is very pretty ! 💐💚🙃
Love your Forest Pansy shade garden. Don't mind the bug. It's just protein, they say. You should put together a blooper video just to show all of us that your gardening is real life.
I spent yesterday planting in the shade, too. It's HOT!!!! Tis the season 😊.
Jenny we got snow in Calgary AB Canada last week. You are melting over at your place.
Thank you
Great blooper, Jenny. 😆😆😆 On the bright side, we humans are omnivores. 😉
So beautiful!! 😍
That space you pointed out looks like a good spot for some garden art. 😁
Very beautiful shade garden!
I go thrifting at least a couple times a week. Our GW doesn't have that much to look at except a lot of Christmas but here and there I find something cool. That jello form brought back memories. My mother use to have one. I'm sure it is still somewhere in the house. Need to look for it next time I visit
great video, thanks for sharing.
Hey Jenny, since you’re having trouble growing anything in the one spot, move your planter there, I think that would work.
You may have to put a planter next to the tree. For that empty spot.
I just may!!!! Excellent idea 🥰
Try Bergenia under your redbud. They are supposed to like dry shade.
Super shade loving plants. I want to try Heaven scent. I have never had luck with Jacobs ladder.
I love your shade garden....I would love one but I have too much sun in my yard. I could use that redbud to add some shade to my yard. It's on my list.
I loove shade plants! Planting in the shade looks good for you in that heat but here in Sweden that can be quite chilly even on nice sunny days 😬
Jenny, try Sedum in your space under the tree. I have had good luck with Sedum where other perennials struggled.
Jenny the Cardoon is glorious and more of a warmer zone plant considering it's a perennial in zones 7-9 right? It should flower in summer. Do you plan to transfer it to the landscape? The texture and color it brings is wonderous! :)
Snorted over the bug. #detox 😂
Hi 👋 Jenny
That garden looks lovely. For that spot next to the tree where nothing will grow-what about a bird bath or a planter (like the pretty square one you had with the pink dahlias in it at 12:35)? I love the garden art.
Where can I get that hosta MY FAIR LADY?
I'm very sorry for the losses you experienced from that storm! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
The forest pansy red Bud is beautiful. Do you get red Bud babies popping up everywhere from it? We had a big red Bud for years and we constantly were pulling up Red Bud babies for years even after the tree came down. Love the hostas you planted. Love and blessings 💚💛💚
I don’t! I don’t think I’ve ever had babies from it.
Thank you Jenny. That’s good to know❤️
Love watching your videos, towards the end you have a purple plant with dangly flowers can you tell me what that is called. W
as at 17:46
Have you tried ajuga in that dead spot?
Hey!! When can we get the hostas?? Is there a list I can get on?
Jenny, do you ever find a plant in the woods that you bring to the garden? Have a great wkend. cgzone8
How old is the Forest Pansy tree? It is GORGEOUS! 😍……. I want one now
What about a potted hosta in the empty area under the tree?
Love Creekside........when is the best time to split up hosta. I have one that is huge and would like to put a few more in the spot next to it.
Preferably in the fall as the foliage begins to look rough & ratty. You can also do it in late winter into early spring when you begin to see the buds peaking up.
❤️
Can you tell me about your tool belt? I am looking to try a belt to keep my tools closer at hand and not left in my garden. Thanks.
Sure! We have it available on our website gardeningwithcreekside.com/products/jennys-garden-tool-belt
🥴bicho kkkk 😂 denque cuidado... Bom jardim..
❤❤❤
It seems you are putting large things in the front of that bed, maybe a redesign is in order
Do you ever see your greenhouse using the P W ecopots?
The eco pots don’t degrade in hard clay soil or hot dry conditions. They have to have the perfect conditions to do so. I tried them in 7b but no luck since I have clay soil.
Bugs are good protein? 😂
I prefer my protein in a different way 😂
Under the tree, why not put a big pot? And do annuals in the pot? Or a hosta?
YES!!!!
Jenny, love you, love your videos, love your property🤗. I have a small suggestion……I think that you have so much plant variety and colour interest in your beautiful gardens that you don’t really need to add the little whimsical ornaments that you have here and there. Imho they distract a bit from the natural beauty.
@carolynsheperd4153 This is Jenny’s garden she likes the whimsical ornaments again it is her garden. It makes her happy that is what gardening is all about making it your happy place ! Gardening is all about your own interpretation of beauty and happiness.
You and Brynna eatin bugs? 😀
Jenny 💜🐕🦺 🏡
When you plant plants from your greenhouse do you save the tags and pots and reuse them? Shade garden looks amazing. You have me some great ideas. Thank you.😊

If you don’t have any shade in your garden - plant a tree!!!
Or perennials or annuals that like full sun!
