@@Imdb007yes they started with their bachelors. Arushi Majumdar got into MIT but will not be attending MIT. The number in bracket signifies the graduation year of the students from MIT.

No awards and achievements is okay (if you want a good US college) but come on man you need extracurriculars... Some Passion, it can be anything. You can't just say that you've only been preparing for JEE and have done nothing else in life in the college application...

@@navneet4938 bro I was preparing for jee too... Your passion doesn't have to be an instrument or stuff... When I'm free, I make music which is my extracurricular. If you study so much that you don't have time for extracurriculars, you must be focused on JEE or NEET... Don't lose focus then, preparing for that is the best thing you can do rn

Now i understood why india is at 142nd position at happiness. Because of IIT parents think nothing is greater than it, hence parents force their children. But when we talk about MIT, the best thing is score only matter 25-30% which I just loved it.

@@hanugh4181 scholarship is different from financial aid. Financial aid is need based and scholarship is given based on merit. MIT does not award any scholarships to international students. It only awards financial aid.

Based on the image that you showed of his "research" at IIT Kanpur, it shows that he was only there as the part of the some 2000 people solving the Rubik's cube or was a volunteer at that event. Nowhere is it written that he did some research at IITK

U can, even though who not studied 10 and 12, hence no certificate got MIT admission. So it is possible
