The Ridge at Cross Creek is so close to shopping, restaurants, the tech corridor of Austin off Ronald Reagan Blvd. I share pricing with you on several of the floorplans, but keep in mind, you can also build completely custom out in the subdivision. Some of the lots back up to the San Gabriel River, there are stunning views and loads of mature trees.

No price no fun
Starts around $800k. Depends on the lot you select and the house plan, and upgrades. Probably about $1mm nicely finished. I don’t believe they have natural gas. I’ll confirm. Usually in these larger acreage communities, you can have your own LPG (propane gas) tank buried to supply for gas stove cooking. I need to confirm the phases, but pretty sure they’re in the last phase. About 10 lots left. Several are one acre. A handful are quite a bit larger.
