Happy new year 🎉 please keep on reminding us about the basics it is foundational and sometimes I forget and helps me to get back on track. Thank you Jessica. 💗
Happy New Year, Monique! 🎉💗 Thank you for your kind words and for being part of this journey for a whole year-it means the world! 🙏 I’ll definitely keep reminding you of the basics because they’re so powerful, for me too!! Here's to another amazing year together!✨
@@JessicaJSpiers I love your philosophy about health, lifestyle and clutter, it makes me feel anxious too. In my case other people's clutter also makes me anxious. 🙈 Your house is lovely 🤍
Happy new year 🍾✨ thank you so much for this beautiful video Jessica 💓I am so excited that I found you in 2024: I look forward to every video you post, and you are the first I follow that I actually listen to AND implement what I learn. For instance caster oil in the belly button before bed has changed my sleep so so much. 🙏🏻 can’t wait to learn and implement even more - and can’t wait to see the app you are creating. Sending you all the best wishes for 2025 all the way from Germany. Xx Ronja
Happy New Year, Rachel! 🎉❤️ So glad you’ve been watching since Glow Up to 40-thank you for sticking around! The basics really are everything, and I’m excited to keep focusing on them with you this year. Here’s to a great year ahead!
Happy New Year! Not sure if I should ask here or over on living well. Is there a way to make a complete protein for the high protein coffee without milk? Dairy allergy :(
I want to take magnesium so bad, but every time I do I end up getting a killer sore throat. I bought the exact magnesium you show and then a few months later I decided to take a different brand. Sure enough, during the night, my sore throat started and lasted for days. I feel like I have so much trouble with supplements. I just recently bought L-Glutamine powder and after a few days, I was getting depressed and low energy. Stopped taking the supplement and those symptoms went away. Makes me so mad!!
I was wondering your thoughts as a holistic nutritionist regarding the animal based diet. I have read into high , moderate, and low oxalate produce. And I have found that my body does have a better balance when I reach for organic grass fed steak and low oxalate veggies or just strictly fruit. What are your findings in regard to red meat over the long run if organic grass fed & finished red meat is on top of the food pyramid this year?
Hi Destiny! From my clinical experience, an animal-based diet can be really beneficial for some people, especially when it includes organic, grass-fed, and finished meats alongside nutrient-dense, low-oxalate produce. For those dealing with high inflammation or autoimmune conditions, this approach might help due to its simplicity and focus on whole, anti-inflammatory foods. Red meat provides bioavailable nutrients like iron and B12, which are essential for energy and overall wellness. That said, balance is key-pairing it with low-inflammatory options like healthy fats, fruits, and low-oxalate veggies can support gut health and hormone balance while minimizing inflammatory triggers. It sounds like you’re already tuned in to how your body responds, which is amazing. If you’re navigating specific concerns, working with someone (I'd be happy to help!) who understands your unique needs can really help. Wishing you all the best on your wellness journey!
Happy New Year!! This is such a great way to start off the new year. Thank you for the reminder of going back to basics. I’ll definitely have this saved as a favorite to re-watch. ❤
