I used to have a problem with the Fallout 76 videos, but I’ve come to realize that Fallout 76 has a lot of interesting lore and environmental storytelling.
Unfortunately there is a lot of glitches that some people believe is the whole game, nothing but glitches

@Jan Diesse The game has waypoints, but those are for actual missions. These are weird scavenger hunts that aren't missions.
It's more a matter of looking inside every single box in the game to find the stuff than it is luck. The item spawn locations aren't random, the randomness is if you notice them.
Honestly, keeping a list of every locked door/box you find would probably help a lot for stuff like this.

They have rubble in them my game glitched and all doors disappeared so probably going to be an update

Wasn't Melody Larkin from the responders last location assignment to the Black Mountain Ordenance work? Maybe the last TNT sealed has something to do with the responders who survived the Morgantpwn airport attack? Just speculation, but the fact there are three scorched victims outside it could be a hint.
Funny thing about those domes, they're also in Alvira, Pennsylvania, right next to the village I grew up in. Atlas Obscura has a nice short article on it but doesn't touch on the fact that people with geiger counters have found irradiated debris inside some of them, or that it's widely known in the area to be very, very haunted. Super pretty in the fall, though.

"Black Mountain" is an actual location and is tied into the whole story of the Mothman sightings. It's also alleged to be haunted due to explosions there during World War II which killed some of the workers.

@Oxhorn - Something you missed about the TNT dome with the Alien Blaster rounds in it. If you look in the metal box under the table the AB rounds are on, there's a random number of AB rounds inside. This shows where they stored the rounds when not experimenting with them and provides players with a farmable resource for AB rounds aside from the 3 rounds on the table and any rounds other players may be selling themselves.
PRO TIP: Try using a SURVIVAL mode server as they are less populated.

On the road just southeast of Darling Sister’s Lab (and just north of the Domes), there is an overturned tuck with a ton of the same Nuka World contents spilled out onto the road... like it was en route to deliver more stuff to the storage area in the dome when the bombs hit.
Hey Ox, I don't know if you noticed it or not but at every location that seemed to have no tie to the other there was an Alien Toy. One at the intelligence hut, the open safe ... Clues to help you tie things together!
and the new alien invaders drop them as well...

The key for the door under the bridge is on the roller coaster in Camden Park. No other domes are open yet. Where is this mine?
@@keithmichael9965 Somewhere by the marked mine and a relay tower close to the themepark. It's just a mine entrance that isn't on the map and doesn't go far. The key was on a box

I've watched this video over 20 times and I really like how you don't put the Pinpoint location kind of gives you time to explore almost like helping hand you know so I appreciate it man I like that Alien Blaster to somewhere nice try to maybe put a video where you finally open up the one with the camp Cook Station by it

Great vid Ox, as always. I tried to do the quantum paint one but with fast travelling leading to infinite loading screens, server disconnects, error codes, game freezes and the dome being empty when I actually made it without being kicked by one of the above fails, I just bought the paint from another player. Not complaining, I enjoy the game a lot, but this one was too frustrating to keep trying.
Man shoutout to the first person to piece all of this together. He must be straight from Bethesda cause there no way in hell anyone would "stumble" on all of this, the keycards, codes, lore notes, all of it, without a guide. This is effectively the largest quest in the game. Its just not implemented ingame like the other quests.
But only Ox can tell the story this way.
Four years later... I realize how close I was to getting TNT Dome 7 Key. I've started playing Fallout 76 again and needed to see what the Paired Keycards in my inventory was for.
Having been to the real life location, the real place is super creepy and you'd be forgiven if you thought a mothman would fly overhead any second while being there. Plus being inside the domes was pretty wild and I'm completely convinced the us military was housing more than just arms and munitions for ww2.
How you have the time and patience to find all this is beyond me a great job. Loved the video.
Nice Hackers reference.. When Phreak was arrested he told Acid Burn that a hidden disk was "in that place where I put that thing that one time." It was, in the movie, behind a condom machine in the mens rooms. Can't say I ran across one of them in FO... yet.

This kinda Story telling/detective work in fo76 is one of the most unique and rewarding narrative method I've experienced in a game. Only problem is the game glitching out as experienced here or its too easy to miss out on the trials or never stumble upon one.

I think the people who recruited the housekeeper are the people who stole the prototype Plasma Pistol that was in the safe in Mothership Zeta in Fallout 3. Wasn’t their name Latin for ‘The Truth’ or something?

I actually live near a refuge where there's a Ordinance works located in Illinois. They have similar bunkers to this place's, but with smaller doors. During the fall, you can drive past them during special driving tours.
It's a huge well thought out traipse through the wastelands. Great vid.

For the TNT dome 7 key, you should also note that when in Ingram Mansion, if you take too long typing in the code, you'll get locked into the chamber. Fast travelling straight back to the mansion will allow you into the final chamber, AS LONG as you have typed in the code BEFORE fast travelling.

This video shows exactly why people love Fallout so much. There are so few games and game universes that have this level of depth and reward a play for exploration. Think about how much time it takes to invest and discover and immerse yourself into these worlds. The level design, the drawn story arches, its beautiful and it will always be my favorite game series.
Despite being a commercial disaster, I think Fallout 76 still did a great job with the store and lore. Hopefully the next version of the story will be inspiring and continue this lovely trend.
Great video Oxhorrn as always. A thought actually occured to me while I was playing Fallout 4 last night. It's a new run and I had just had the encounter with the downed Alien ship. It got me to thinking. After playing Mothership Zeta in FO3, and the information that the United States Government, at least, knew for some time about the aliens. Which is made obvious by various games in the series. Why we haven't seen more Tech especially military Tech reverse engineered from recovered alien ships and weapons. Which brings me to my point. I know a number of Modders watch your channel, and was wondering if one of them, with skills in modeling new pieces for the game, would at some point take a crack at a series of Human Made Weapons and perhaps Power Armor that's the result of reverse engineering Alien Tech. I would think they would all be prototype devices that are perhaps being stored and developed near the Sentinel Site, so when it's found would be mid to late game as to not break things with OP items early. Thoughts?
It makes sense to me that plasma tech is alien tech reverse engineered. Alien blaster is the closest thing to a plasma weapon.

Ox, one of the Project Somnus "experiments" is SEL1249. As in, Leyna Stark? This is the terminal entry on SEL1249:
SEL1249 is a self-described avid hiker, so no one questions her frequent disappearances. We can use her to collect data from the wooded mountainous areas nearby.
On a trial basis, we have been experimenting with inserting a wide range of combat tactics, mostly revolving around martial arts. SEL1249 has shown much promise in accepting these techniques, completely unaware to her conscious self.
Indeed, it appears SEL1249 managed to foil a bank robbery by employing hand-to-hand combat, with no recollection of the incident. Luckily, the official newsprint story attributes it to a sudden instinctual rush of adreneline triggered by the stress of the situation.

And since I discovered the fallout series late in life (3 years ago) fallout 2 was hard to finish especially when fallout 3 and new Vegas are already out so I bought them all. I saw my buddy playing it an at first the vat system just looked stupid to me but anyways fallout 3 was great I spent so much time exploring I found the dad in the vault before " following the trail" story line and I rushed through it before finding a fraction of everything else so when I started new Vegas I looked into it and looked into all the hidden stuff and took my time and did everything, every ending. Then I went back to fallout 3 and got all the DLC's and destroyed that one. I didn't start fallout 4 till the DLC's were out and I loved it , the base building, all of it but hen 76 came out I new to wait cuz Bethesda always puts out game before they've worked out the bugs fallout new Vegas I couldn't get into the strip after the train blew up till I got the patch, but then all the negative comments from die hard fans were coming out in numbers, so I haven't play past leaving the vault and that was a few months ago then I was gonna start when they came out with the last event but learned it got hacked to shit I stopped again. I should have asked this at the beginning and I'll edit it later but if your a real fan of fallout should I start playing 76 or would I have more fun starting fallout 3 and work my way back up to play 76... ?

I found TNT Dome Key #2 in a locker at one of the Hornwright sites in the Ash Heap. Apparently this was an error, as it was never supposed to be there.
Apparently all 3 keys are the loot for three unmarked quests.
I used to watch fallout 3 and 4 vids on this channel a few years ago and this is just amazing
I’ve gotten into all of them, using a clipping glitch. The one with radiation just has some radioactive waste on the floor, every other one is empty except the ones you can unlock, and 8 I think which had random junk on the ground.
I'm not sure if mine was a glitched spawn, but I was able to get TNT dome key 2 from a random locker in the ash heap

Just wanted to say thanks for this, Ox buddy. I'm a massive Fallout fan, but have held off on 76 for a while as I wasn't sure if the MMO style would work for the IP, so I just started a couple of weeks ago and think it'll scratch my Fallout itch until 5 comes out.
For the record, all these keys/locations seem to work still, but I didn't find the Nuka-Cola paint scheme, but this may be because I seem to have picked that up elsewhere already.
