Connect with people at the problem level, not the solution...and the things to stop doing to avoid going into Reptile mode. On reflection I feel like I've been a walking talking lizard man for the last 3 years. I'm only half way through this and I can already tell this is going to be a life changer. Thank you

I work in education, and the feedback on schooling and education is spot on. I am so frustrated that we crush or destroy the spirit of entrepreneurship in young people. There's no education on money, management of money, how business works. I wish we could bring successful entrepreneurs into education and empower young people with their ideas and vision.

So much amazing content in this discussion as there always is with Daniel Priestley. I loved the parts about how environment dictates success because I think so many people don’t try entrepreneursip because they don’t know anyone in it - but it’s about seeking out those groups!

I’ve been telling people we are in the greatest time in history for years.. when is this idealised era that was so great?

its the worst for some, best for others, same as has always been

@@PazLeBon well it’s not the era that makes it the worst, the probably would have been equally bad in another era. It’s their circumstances. We can move to new places now, earn money from a laptop in Africa.. opportunity is greater than ever, but hardship will always exist

Pre EA / Ubisoft bullshit. So like from 2010 and before. Ever since then EA would destroy rising production companies that threatened EAs business so would buy super popular franchise and destroy them by making a shit sequel. Then Ubisoft made lazy games and now as a result everything is half baked and pay to win, unlike warframe

Some people can't see how it is. They can't see the neurotypical way of doing things. There are many undiagnosed autistic people who are coming up with brain waves all of the time but they can't do computers can't get communication. Don't know how to work the system. They might say their ideas to someone who knows how to do the other thing and be robbed 9f what they have for ideas.

Hi Daniel, you imo are an extremely smart guy! I love to listen to your videos, wherever I encounter them.
But ONE thing, an important one (imo), you may overlook, when you fokus only on business and family, and ignore politics ("don't watch any news"):
Currently corrupt powers all over the world tighten their grip and increase their control and censorship, bit by bit. Are you aware of it?
We may ignore this, or we might develop resistance against it and raise awareness for it. The future of our kids (= also your 3 kids) depend on us to be on high alert.
    Agree?

Daniel, your message resonates in so much of what we do in our business. Great advice, great way of thinking, and really challenging some of the core beliefs we have that are proving to be so misguided.

It doesnt help me. Im non neurotypical. I am not zny good zt computers. I have lots of ideas and no way of getting an intermediater to carry them out. The world is elitist. Until creative non neurotypical people are acknowledged, the world will still be shit for those people. Your utopia isnit everyones. They that have theisur utopia need took look oyt for the helpless. The the helpless can be hwlpful when you don't ignore them.
