I watch your videos and i really love them. I just want you to suggest to create more videos on successful women because there are very few quality videos on them.
@@rajshamani Thank you so much for the videos. I always learn something from your videos. I really appreciate you for taking effort in making the videos.
Two things that I found really fascinating in this podcast:- 1. That how he created a great profitable business when he was staying at the railway station. And, 2. He got a job in yellow pages just unexpectedly and this incident changed every bit of his life. Had he not gone to drop his friend he would not have gotten the job. So, in life you just can't say that which thing is gonna help you and which is not. You MUST have to be a believer.
Dear Raj, I am 68 and I am a regular watcher of your Podcasts. I want you to stop giving Equal Analogy to your Guest and ask only Question based on what the Guest is telling. If you do not have a question, allow the Guest to Speak Continuously. You will definitely get a chance to ask a question. In this programme, it looked like you were trying to match Rajesh. Perhaps, we have missed an opportunity to hear the best of his experience. Also, you could have asked him how much he earned through the Financing Activity. Rajesh was honest in accepting what he did, which is not correct as he rotated somebody else money. He could have perhaps given 50% of what he got through the 2nd round of financing to the Original Financier. But, had he stuck with him, he would not have become what he is today. A great experience he had.

@Rajshamani I love your podcasts, from this episode what i have learnt is immense "I wouldn't have been where I am now with out being where I was" "Become everything for someone instead of becoming something for everyone" These two just blew my mind. Thanks for the content.
I liked the way you interviewed this gentleman, very informative, to learn youngsters. This is the first time I have watched your video. I appreciate, keep it up. Awaiting for coming one. Thanks 🙏
Good Job Raj... This is the first i am writing my review about any "Podcast" in India. I got to know that If a common man believe in his ability, he can make wonders that's what Mr. Rajesh Dembla Proved. Thank you so much Mr. Rajesh sharing your expeiriences. It's a really eye opener for the younger generation and the start-up companies since India is going to be part of building up world class Unicorns. I like the way Mr. Rajesh explained his complete transmartation from Railway plotform to budiling world class plot form like "ZOOZLE". I throughly enjoyed the podcast and gave me a sense "Why can't i become Entrepreneur". Another bad part of consumer behaviour in Indian E-commerce Industry, People use the product and return, We need to change this behaviour with tehnical innovations only. I always pray alimight to give good health and piece of mind to Mr. Rajesh Dembla, so that he can build-up better products and plotforms and making younger genration to be part of this revolution.
Lot of knowledge from this video.after burning my fingers in option buying for 2years after age 45, started stock investing(long term and swing) and also on option selling. This is giving me consistent return of about 40% return on annual basis.
I have watched this episod on TV. Really really greatful to you for such podcasts. Actually watching and listening these guys are like reading a book in an hour. So many times these podcasts re-energize me. Thank you Raj! and Best wishes for you too.
Inspiring aspect (A ray of hope) - Rajesh Sir made his way from a scratch railway adda to a gigantic biz man which is truly appreciable. 😊 Curious factor - Since Sir told he was not educated and worked hard....how did he improve upon his language and thereon nothing told about his mother or sister? Takeaway - Believe in yourself when the world moves in reverse ways. The Divine power shall lead you not human. God turns stones thrown as weapons to build an empire.Amazing witness!!❤
Very inspiring story of Rajesh Dembla, very motivational story kuch kar guzarney waloon key kabheey har nahey hoteey yeh apney duyaa ko bataaa diaaa hai

Thanks Raj...you are doing good job. I heard first time to Rajesh Sir. The discussion happened on Sales, build vs buy and Zoozle model.
Thanks a lot for this excellent content and interview
Excellent podcast.Shared with my young son.
I have started to watch your podcasts from 1 month and I first used to watch the podcasts of TRS but one thing that I got realized is that the content you make is more towards the side of how to make your life better and while TRS focuses more on the conceptual content that might attract the audience who want conceptual clarity.
I strongly agree with the statement that "E-Commerce or quick commerce will not survive." My POV is that the Indian consumer wants discounts, and E-commerce can't give that discount forever. At any point, they have to reveal the actual product price, and at that time, they will lose all consumers. Return and Logistic cost is a major problem for commerce that cannot be solved at any point.
You both Raj and Rajesh talk so simply but delivered great..
