Also keep in mind that for a lot of jobs with bonuses.....there is a reason WHY they are offered.. . obviously because they want more people.........but they want more people because they cant keep people..... probably because they job really really sucks. Especially for things like cook.
@@naitthegr8131 That's not always true. 68W (medic) has a bonus rn, and it's the biggest MOS in the entire Army. Some MOS's are hard to qualify for like 17C so they want to encourage the people that do qualify to get it.

You going for infantry?
@@nathansteinmetz497 I am ! 😭
Where was your basic training?
Coming soon 🙏🏼
Army is soft as baby shit now 😂 congrats, but damn thats sad to see.
Fr it is mostly but some basic like mine had some pretty tough DS’s B 3-10
@@Jack-uq9ct that’s good to hear. The shit I learned in basic literally set me up for success later on. Training is always suppose to be harder than the real thing.
Yeah, I'm a little worried about that. I'm going into the army at an advanced age and I'm seeing videos like this and comparing them to what I saw from the army when I was younger. It's a little discouraging. Still proud to serve but it looks like there's a lot more joking around and goofiness.
But I guess it's what you make of it, right?
Wait you get to go home before AIT?
I was told you get asked if you want to go home for about 2 weeks before AIT but I could be wrong
My breaks like a week but I live far from Oklahoma so I don’t think they let me go home
nah u get family day for a day then go straight
I ship out november 13th 😬
Girllll , how is it???
They let you have your phone during reception?
Not sure if you already answered this question but, what job did you do in the army?
Going to fort Jackson Monday July 8th
09 mike future program do we have to go through reception as well?
Yes
You joined the army too??? Lol oh shit. Gotta link you Brodie.
How much money one gets when joining army??
It depends on the bonuses authorized for the job you qualify for. You need to talk to a recruiter.
How much money u get by joining army and how long it takes to get your first paycheck????? Please respond im broke
The day you ship to basic training you start getting paid you won’t receive your first paycheck until week 2 of BCT. But while you are training you won’t need to spend money on anything for those 10 weeks other than your bills back home
When did you shipb
